Established in 2006.

Innovative Defense Technologies (IDT) was founded in 2006. Since its inception, IDT has focused on delivering leading-​edge automated software testing capabilities for the Department of Defense, defense contractors and commercial customers. IDT’s Automated Test and ReTest (ATRT) technology was developed for the US Navy thorough an SBIR initiative. In 2013, the company was recognized by SECAF as the Government Contractor of the Year. IDT is headquartered in Arlington, VA and has additional offices in Fall River, MA, Mt. Laurel, NJ, and San Diego, CA.
