Description

Specialties

Jamaica Gates is North Texas’ ultimate destination for authentic Caribbean food, live reggae & jazz, great drinks and nice vibes. At Jamaica Gates you will feel like you’re in Jamaica without ever leaving Arlington. There is no other Caribbean or Jamaican restaurant in the region that delivers the quality and experience you deserve!

Our specialty is our Rude Boy Jerk, which is chicken seasoned with homemade Jamaican jerk seasoning then grilled over an open flame. Other favorites include oxtails (marinated in Jamaican seasonings then slow cooked until the meat slides right off the bones) and Rasta Pasta (a colorful and very healthy arrangement of bow tie pasta, red & green bell peppers, tomatoes, zucchini, squash and thyme flakes). Also come in for lunch and enjoy our island lunch buffet, we have so many different options to try!

We have won several awards and have been written about numerous times. In addition, we were featured on the Food Network’s Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives with
