JC Nails

Been going here since I started working at Mary Moore, the elementary school across the street. Henry and Van are great! Every nail tech does an amazing job… I even had to go back when I chipped two nails and they didn’t charge me to repair them. They are amazing and worth any wait!

Horrible service! If they are licensed technicians I don’t feel like i should have to nag them the entire time…
«This isnt the shape I asked for.»
«Can you fix them, the shape is still not right.»
«The polish is bumpy.» Their response: «The top coat will fix the bumps.» Me: «No it won’t…can you fix them?»
«This isn’t the way I asked for the polish». (Ignored)
I can go on and on…
My nails look nothing like the shape I asked for, they were filed so crooked and finally she continued to go with a lumpy polish job… I kept telling the woman that my nails were all bumpy and she just picked at them with tweezers. I asked her to stop and just charge me for filing my nails since they were unable to get it right. She said «sorry full price, not our fault» and proceeded to charge full price for this so called manicure. I walked out with crooked unpainted nails. Maybe I’m picky but hey, I’m paying! Never, ever again.

I love this place. I have been coming here for years and the customer service is wonderful.
It is so great that it can be very packed, which is why i think the previous reviews were upset by their service.
If it’s near a holiday, I recommend making an appointment. (another reason why people went ahead of the previous reviewer.
Reasonably priced, great service.
I never go anywhere else!

My gf and I came in for pedicures. It was a very pleasant experience for both of us. The staffs were very nice and professional. The shop was very clean and beautifully set up. Highly recommended.

I thought this place was good with painting, but the service was a little weird… I came with 3 other people to get a pedicure… However two if us started getting a pedicure around noon, then when other nail techs became available, they helped other customers who came after us. Not the girls with us waiting for over an hour… Also the lotion they use has so much oil in it I almost slipped when getting up and felt like a grease ball when leaving.

Came here with my 2 friends and I ended up waiting for a long time. Before I even started they were do with their deluxe pedicure. All I wanted was a 10 min foot massage and gel nails and I had multiple people go in front of me. They tried to be friendly but I was so annoyed I just wanted to leave. Not sure if I’ll be returning back here.
