Spacious, friendly and attentive staff, clean and just great fun for kids. The moonbounces are top of the line, there’s plenty of seating for parents, and there’s a snack bar.

When I mentioned to friends that I was taking my 2.5 and 5.5 year olds today, I heard a chorus of praise for Jumping Joeys, so I was eager to check it out. We have been to a big trampoline place and a bounce-style place out of town with mixed results. Jumping Joeys was a hit all around. Check in was easy and the kids were able to stow their shoes and coat while I got started on the sign in. There are a variety of bounce pieces with different degrees of complexity and scale. That meant that an 18 month old we were with was a-okay bopping around in a couple of basic bounce units while my preschool and K kids were bouncing, climbing, going through mazes and sliding on several other pieces. In the back there is a very large level bounce room which was a nice surprise since there is a long bounce room toward the front, too. The atmosphere was energetic but not stress-inducing like some places we’ve been. Staff was pleasant and we all left with smiles on our faces. My kids wanted to check out the snack bar but we will save that for another visit. I’d love to see a little more parent seating, but there are couches, the little café, and comfortable seating in the lobby.

Nothing worse than being disappointed on your kids’ birthday. My twins really wanted to have their birthday party at Jumping Joeys, so we reserved a Saturday lunch birthday party months in advance and swallowed the over $ 500 bill to do so. I thought it was worth it, because Jumping Joeys’ business model is so brilliant: the kids get hours of entertainment and the parents get much-needed help — a coordinator that handles set up, organization, and chaperoning kids, plus food(even the cupcakes and candles!), decorations and favors. All you need to do is show up! My first party at Jumping Joeys, several months ago, for a friend’s son, seemed to demonstrate that the dream was real — they had a coordinator fully engaged with the kids and a bounty of food. The kids were having fun, the parents were having fun, so I was excited. Oh, and how let down we were on the day of our kids’ own party in late January 2016. Jumping Joeys is a popular place and they seem to have lost that sweet spot of balancing staff, parties, and visitors. There were three parties going on at the same time and three staff working in the ENTIRE center. That meant one person to cook the food, one to watch the front desk, and one to manage all of the parties and kids on the floor. What that meant for me as a parent and host is that not only was there no staff to work with the kids(that idea seems to have dissolved altogether — there was no staff on the floor at all), but the food wasn’t ready when promised(nothing like 25 kids and their parents fighting over one pizza), there was barely enough of it(we paid for the package for 25 kids, but seem to have gotten cupcakes and pizza for 20), and I got the pleasure of running back and forth to the kitchen for provisions and then cleaning up after the kids. In all, the kids had a great time and that is what matters most. But what bothered me most is that when I confronted both the manager and the owner to express my disappointment that we did not receive the services and provisions that we have contracted for, they shrugged their shoulders, said sorry, and explained that a few people had called in sick. Another worker volunteered that they hoped to be able to have more staff working the parties when they open another facility that can be dedicated only to parties. I told him that was no excuse for not delivering on their promises now. Again, a shrug. In the end, we paid full price for getting about 2⁄3 of what was promised(the kids did get to bounce, and some of them ate eventually). The total bill came to nearly $ 600. Jumping Joeys is not the silver bullet it promises to be. My kids will still come to bounce on slower weekday afternoons, but I am afraid it will be our last birthday party here.

Thank you Jumping Joey’s staff for opening for a few hours today before the blizzard arrives. The children are having so much fun while working off a lot of energy. The facility is so clean and the staff is warm and friendly. Our 5 year old daughter loves coming here and can’t wait for her birthday party to be here next month.

I took my two girls, 4 and 2 here on a Sunday. They had the most wonderful time and were very worn out after. It was crowded, but i felt like they had plenty of staff for the amount of children present. We only stayed for an hour and both kids did not want to leave, so i don’t think kids would get bored easily. The facility is very clean and the staff are quite friendly and helpful, I also thought it was well priced for the amount of fun. The party rooms look awesome and the whole place is painted lovely bright colours. We have booked my 4(turning 5) years olds birthday party here for January. After ready some of the not so great reviews about the parties, i am now a little skeptical, but will have to see for myself, I will write a review about at after though. Fingers crossed!

My 3.5 year old loves this place. More open play availability than other indoor play gyms/trampoline parks in this area — at least for now. The inability to bring in outside food means we would never have a birthday party here(we only do healthy, homemade food — not into processed foods, frosting-covered cakes, etc) but for a fun weekday afternoon/evening excursion it’s perfect!

I really wanted to like this place as its a great alternative for indoor activities. Unfortunately I think we won’t return until there is better policing and supervision in place. Kids running around like crazy outside of the bounces, we almost had several collisions just walking around. I tried to keep my 3 yr old in the smaller, «under 5» section, however even that didn’t last long as some bigger kids made their way in and were very rough, and nothing was said. Kids weren’t just«bouncing», they were running and playing tag inside the bounce houses. We ended up leaving early when my toddler had a collision and bumped heads, which I knew was going to happen. There were way too many kids and way loo little supervision on our visit. Although it seems fun, it doesn’t seem very safe. I am sure if you were to go during the day when bigger kids are in school and there aren’t dozens of kids of all ages running around, it’s okay. Other than that, its definitely a «play at your own risk» activity.

Took my 2 and 4.5 year olds here this morning for a play date with another 4 year old and they had a blast! After an hour and a half of bouncing, the kids were all beat. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The facility is clean and the inflatables were great. I’m only knocking off one star because there was no one consistently staffing concessions. If you’re not to serve the preschool crowd and not allow outside food, I think you have to make sure to have snacks easily available for purchase.

Went today for the first time and we loved it! Amazing indoor play area for kids, with super friendly staff! Everything is new, really clean and safe. Also love that have a small coffee shop and areas for the parents to sit while the kiddos are bouncing around!
