June’s Dancewear carries a very large in stock inventory of quality dancewear, dance shoes, liturgical, skating, and gymnastics wear, in both children and adult sizes.
June’s Dancewear carries more than 40 major companies and services over 100 studios, gyms, schools, theatres, entertainment agencies, and churches.
Our goal at June’s is to give each dancer the individual attention they need. Customers are greeted, shoes are fit, and group orders receive consultation time, so each customer will be confident that they have made the right decision.
History
Established in 1970.
June Jamieson opened her shop in 1970 at the same location she previously raised five children. The building was slightly renovated on the inside to enlarge rooms, but remains the original structure on the outside.
June’s Dancewear has evolved over almost four decades as a store supplying the basic needs for a dancer, to a fully stocked store with shoes, leotards, tights, skirts, shorts, capri’s, pants, knitwear, fashion wear, liturgical wear, skating, gymnastics, costumes, gift items, bags, accessories, and more.
