KLEEN DRY CARPET CLEANING-​TScheduled carpet cleaning for 9 – 11. Took off from work. Guests arriving tomorrow. Nobody showed up. At noon-​giving them the benefit of the doubt I called-​got voice mail. I emailed-​got notice saying email can’t be sent. Finally at 6:00PM I talk with someone who tells me that she «didn’t have the phone so didn’t know what was scheduled today»? Hummm=====Huhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.
I will not use this service again and am asking the apt building who recommend them to go back to the previous carpet cleaner company who I’d used for years and I was VERY happy with. Only used this wretched place b/​c the apt building management recommended them. Obviously they haven’t got a clue!
BUBBA’S carpet cleaning you rock and I intend to find and use you in the future.
Can you imagine a business scheduling an appointment to clean carpets not showing up and having someone from their office call you and not even say they are sorry?
Unbelievable.
