I usually go to this nail salon often. They have great prices and do a great job with my nails. They only problem I have encountered is that they are a small shop and do not do a good job of scheduling. They often times overbook themselves and the employees seem to be running back and forth to customers– I had the owner completing my solar nails one time and literally stop working on my nails to finish somebody else’s pedicure(even though I had an apt.) I always schedule an apt, because they get busy quick. Sweet ladies that work here though!

I went to Lady Nails for the first time yesterday to get a basic pedicure and gel manicure and love my nails! Lele(the owner) had her daughter do my nails and toes and she was did a great job! I only paid $ 40 for both services! The nail place I usually go to charges me $ 60 for everything I got done at Lady Nails. Make sure you call and make an appointment because they can get really busy and it’s a small shop. I got lucky and got there when they opened so I was in and out. I will definitely go back to this place for gel manicures and pedicures.

I will first admit that I have very little experience with having the fake nails put on. I got pink and white’s. First, she used tips that were too small on several of my nails. I don’t expect a perfect fit, but two or three of them are way too small(I want to say a ¼ inch but I have no ruler). Now that they’ve grown a little, you can easily see where she had to file my nail down to hide it. Second, the tops of the nails are not smooth. Maybe she didn’t buff them enough? Third some of the pink polish bled into the white tips just a little. Lastly, after just two days, I already see a couple spots where the acrylic is coming away from my nails, and there’s a spot coming up where she went over my cuticle to my skin. I am not a complainer, and I like to get used to some things before making judgement, so I didn’t notice everything right away and did not say anything to the nail tech. Maybe they would’ve tried to fix it; I don’t know. I realize I went for the cheaper stuff, but I think it should still be in pristine shape after two days without me having to point out things before I leave the nail shop, hence the two stars. And, just fyi, there were a couple of the nail tech’s kids running around if that kind of thing is bothersome to you(it was between 4 and 5 during spring break and not busy).
