Lone Star Association Management

I purchased a condo in the Villas of Westridge that is managed by Lone Star. I pay $ 2200.00 a year.
We cannot have over night guest that park in the facility.
We are told we can and are given parking passes. My son had surgery and needed me to care for him. He’s unable to walk far. We drive back from his being released from the hospital, park the car and put the parking pass on his rearview mirror.
We received a parking violation sticker that very night. The first night. With the pass on the mirror.
My HOA dues are paid so it’s not like they should have it for me.
I did call the after hours line and talked to a very kind and compassionate man named Andrew. That’s the only reason this very tired woman is giving then 2 stars.
The issue is still not resolved and I will update when it is.
Also, we are having rain, hail, thunderstorms and tornado warnings like crazy and still someone came out and did this.
