This place is great and the staff are simply amazing! I bought a pair of jeans a few months ago and the seam in the crotch split. I brought them in and they exchanged them for a new pair — no questions asked. The jeans are a great fit and the customer service that they provide is what makes them truly awesome.

My husband and I walked by this store and saw a sign for 30% off everything in the store so we stopped by the store. The guy that was helping us was very helpful especially with my husband wanting to try on different cuts of jeans.

Brought a new pair of Zoe jeans at Lucky’s in Tysons. lost weight and lost the receipt two weeks ago. Lucky’s in Pentagon City exchanged them without a hassle. Plus, showed me other items to go with the jeans. Excellent service and I love Lucky clothes ie dresses, tops, and jeans. I like their Asian print exercise clothes, and shirts. Lucky has 70’s hippy feel to their clothes.
I also like going to the Lucky Outlets. Marshalls, Macy’s and Nordstroms sometimes has the line.
