There is always a problem. It is the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. Some times my food is cold, most of the time it is messed up. I always have to pull over and wait when i dont get much. It takes forever to order your food.

So thankful for these guys! We had a group of 30 people along with kids. We were traveling back from our road trip, and sure enough we had to make a pit stop for bathroom breaks and food! We assumed they were open, and the only thing that was open was the drive thru window. I let one of them know our situation and the manager wanted to make sure it was okay with his staff and allowed us in to use the bathroom and dine. Thank you so much for letting us in! What other place was going to do that? Little bladders were relieved and tummies were filled.

Just stopped going to this McDonald’s. They ALWAYS got my order wrong and I found something gross on my chicken nugget.

The only thing worse than slow service is a cashier that can not do simple math. $ 1.21 minus $ 5.21 has always been 4 in every math class i have been in but this morning it was 3.00. Smh

Okay, let’s be honest. This may not be the greatest McD’s in town, but at least it’s there. Sometimes the food is cold, sometimes the soda is watered down, and sometimes service is off. Your order may get messed up. You may not understand the cashier at the window… But… It’s McDonald’s. Badababa I’m lovin’ it. You know I’m right. In my experience with this location, a few times I have found my hamburger bun was cold, like it wasn’t even heated. I also have ordered a Sprite and it tasted very watered down and flat. Maybe there was too much ice? Was the soda old? I know of people who have also had bad experiences here. They always end up being mad or TO’ed at the person working there who messed their order up and say rude things after driving away. I know because I was with them when it happened at times. On a lighter note, a lot of times this food leaves me with nasty smelling gas. I’m serious. Must be the meat or something. The grease. I dunno! All I know is that my gas smells like either unleaded gas or methane from Neptune within 72 hours of consuming a McDouble. That doesn’t deter me from eating here, however. Their frappé drinks are swell. This store has its good points. No, it’s not perfect. But be nice to the peeps working here… some of them have families to support. Really. Don’t be rude to them. A little smile and encouragement goes a long way. Maybe that’s why the service here is not so good, because people don’t appreciate the employees enough. Just a thought.

Worst McDonalds in the area. Cashier had attitude. As I waited for order(which they forgot) I saw 3 people come inside from the drive thru due to wrong order. DISGUSTING!!! More flies in this business than at most outdoor picnics! IQ of staff clearly in single digits… Never returning here again~

Ed is obviously an employee or a shill. This place sucks. If I could give it less than one star I would. So I walk in with my laptop because my oil is being changed at Christian Brothers Automotive. As usual, the wireless sucks & I have to tether from my cell. As usual, the staff is rude and more concerned with chatter between themselves than getting orders out in a timely fashion. Half the staff goes on break & you’d think they were the only people in the place — very loud and rude. The rude white cow who thinks she’s black behind the counter just said«I’m Bored»…and I’m on the other end of the«restaurant». I see commercials on TV from McD advertising flavored Tea — she looks at me like I’ve lost my mind. Absolutely no concern for the customer. I’ll never be back again. I hope the owner or mgt is reading. If they are smart, they’ll fire every one of these McIdiots and start from scratch.

Went through drive thru at 7 am. Ordered a large unsweetened tea and a egg mcmuffin and get a total cost. Drive to the window and the tell me their out of large cups and will charge me for a medium. Go to next window, get a bag with two mcmuffins and no tea. Ask for the unsweetened tea and get sweet. Go inside to get what I ordered — they have sweet tea in the unsweetened tea. I stop at this location at least once a week and then always wished I didn’t stop. I will stop at the Pioneer Parkway location from now on.

I honestly never thought that at any point in my lifetime, I would ever write a McDonald’s review. It’s McDonald’s for crying out loud; if you’ve been to one, you’ve been to 95 percent of them. Still there is that other 5 percent, which mostly encompasses specially designed stores, or even stores that go the extra mile to give a great experience(the Belt Line /635 location comes to mind)…and then, there’s the ones that just suck. The Sublett /287 McDonald’s is the latter. Every time I work up the nerve to grab a bite from this place, I am always disappointed in some regard. It’s a shame, too, because they clearly put a lot of time and money into the joint(it was recently remodeled). In the end, however, it doesn’t matter what you do to the building itself if your team is a bunch of inept high school kids. Now, I’m not trying to bash on high schoolers in general, there’s nothing wrong with working at a place like this at that age… but they’re all just so BAD at it. It seriously feels like no one here gets trained at anything; everyone just stands around and talks until they are forced to do something. It doesn’t help that the shift leaders themselves look like they’re still wrapping up high school, and«leading» is still a foreign concept to them. That’s it in a nutshell. I won’t regale you folks with the several times they screwed up my orders, or just flat out forgot about me, but believe me, it happens. If you have to eat here, do it late at night, since you’ll have an older team on deck. Otherwise, do yourself a favor, drive 2 miles in pretty much any direction, and eat at that McDonald’s instead.

I only come to this location because its on my way home. That being said, this place sucks. I love the fact that the cashier took my money without counting, stuffed the ones into the drawer and when I asked where’s my change, she replied«What change?» Of course that was before they messed up on my order yet again. The management is friendly enough to correct whatever mistakes happen, but everytime I go there, there’s a new person waiting on me. And with such a high turnover, I don’t think they’ll ever have someone trained in there long enough for overall quality service.
