Small for a park but large for a playground. The fenced-​in grassy area is in a neighborhood surrounded by pretty quiet streets compared to Glebe Rd, which is just a block away. There is a large sand area and a climbing apparatus with slides – good for the younger set, like ages 2 to 5. Good little kid and big kid swings. A plastic dinosaur and a plastic alligator to climb on, plus a rocking horse. Three benches around the periphery are nice for adults to rest on. This playground does not have a lot of shade, but the surrounding park does have some nice big trees. Unfortunately there are no bathrooms.
