I usually go to Newrain for a Brazilian wax and she is amazing. She is professional, sweet, and always makes me feel comfortable. The salon is very clean with smiling faces. I have never had a bad experience and I have been going to her for about a year now. If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would.

After reading the many reviews about this place, I decided to give them a try. I love this place. Princess is so sweet and quick. I loved that she made small talk and made sure I was completely happy with the end result. The inside is clean and relaxing. Plus you can beat the price of $ 7.00.

Cute little place in Arlington. I went in the afternoon and the lady quickly took me in the chair. She asked me do i just need a clean up or want different shape. I told her to make it look nice and after I looked in the mirror I was amazed. My eyebrows never looked this beautiful. Her name is Princess and I will be definately going to her now. Happy Happy Happy!!!

I’ve been going to SOI threading forever to get my eyebrows threaded/​tinted. That’s until I stumbled upon this place. My technician (started with «sho»), took her time and didn’t let the fact that there were people behind me hinder the service she was providing. She even broke out a ruler to make sure everything was even. Needless to say, I’ll never go back to SOI, my eyebrows have never looked better and it actually cost less

So I’m from out of town and in desperate need of having my eyebrows done. I didn’t have time to get them done back home. Looked up via Unilocal to find places and this was the first that popped up. I’m extremely picky with my brows and the lady that did mine was awesome! I wish I would’ve gotten her name. She listened to what I wanted and gave me just that. It was about midday when I came in so there was no one there. I was out in under ten minutes.

Just got in from doing my eyebrows and they did a great job. I’m growing my brows out so was apprehensive but they listened to me and even gaved me tips that were helpful. For the price I’ll say it was worth it and everyone was friendly. My 1st time doing a review but I’m paying it forward for the reviews here that brought me to this place.

Super happy I found them. I was going to a different place where they would always mess up my eyebrows. 2 months ago I found them and went there. The first time Newrain helped me and made me really at ease as I have very sensitive skin so eyebrow threading is not fun at all for me. When I told her about my sensitive skin, she was extra careful and very gentle. It probably took her a few minutes extra to finish my eyebrows but she didnt mind and was happy to help. The second time Princess helped me and was equally nice and gentle after I told her about my skin. I did like my eyebrows slightly better when Newrain did it. They are professional and very polite. I will be coming back!
One thing I would mention is the first time I went there, they were burning incense sticks and the whole place had a very strong smell that made my sensitive nose itchy and running. So it was slightly uncomfortable.

So I have never gotten my eyebrows waxed or threaded. I have a natural arch and they are already on the thin side so I’m always nervous I’ll end up with nothing.
Newrain was a great place to start. They are super reasonably priced ($ 7 or $ 5 your first visit when you check-​in on Unilocal). They asked if I just wanted a clean up and once I sat down everything was done in about 8 or so minutes.
Super nice and clean place. We went on a Saturday morning and the wait was only around 10 mins. My friend also enjoyed that her threader didn’t take too much off (her eyebrows are a nice medium thickness).
Will be back again next time I visit Dallas/​Ft Worth/​Plano friends and family.

The person that did my eyebrows did a fantastic job. She was very insightful as to what would look good for my face due to the shape of my eyebrows.
I’d rate this a five star but this was my first time. As I continue to come and the quality stays good, I will change this rating to five.

Ive come here over 5 times and the lady that did my eyebrows a few days ago, just didnt give a shit. i said clean them up and box them. She cleaned. underneath cut them and showed me them .no, i asked her to do the top and box them. once again she does them i glance at them thinking she fixed them. Went to my car look in the mirror & my friend laughed. Nothing changed. so i go back in. and she looked irritated, does my eyebrows this time taking longer ans finally boxes them. Once i looked at them i told her i like the right one, can u fix the left. pointing at which one, once again she goes to my right eyebrow. no, fix my left. i was so irritated and she went so slowly to show me the mirror. i will not be going back unless the short lady is there.

If I lived in or near Arlington, this would be my go-​to for brows!
As a 1st timer, I was skeptical. I went midday so it was not busy however more ladies were coming in as I was wrapping up. I didn’t get her name, sadly, but she was very attentive and asked questions. She asked if I needed a clean up or shape, so I went for the shape. I explained how my brows are wild and do their own thing and after a few ninja moves with the thread I was done and very happy! I really like the fact that she used aloe vera gel and not powder like other places.
Oh and they are very reasonable! Brow threading is $ 7 (they offer a $ 5 brow threading service for 1st timers who check-​in on Unilocal).
The salon is located on Cooper just past Mayfield going towards UTA so be prepared for traffic. It’s is the same strip next door to Subway and near AMF Bowling Alley.
There’s no pushy up-​selling either, so refreshing.

Small place hidden in an unassuming plaza off mayfield and s cooper street. Went in on a Friday evening to get my brows groomed. Waited about 20 minutes to be seen as there were just two stylists there.
My stylist was very sweet. She finished quickly. I asked for them to be arched. Upon first glance they looked decent. Later I felt that she could have trimmed them shorter, but I won’t complain too much. They are cleaned up and look better than before. The prices are pretty reasonable. An eyebrow wax is $ 7 and if you check in with Unilocal you get the eyebrow wax for $ 5.
They do facials, waxing, and makeup tinting. The waiting area is cute, there were Marilyn Monroe portraits on the walls and pop music was playing which I thought was cute.

I’ve been getting my eyebrows threaded for years and know how scary it can be to try someone new. I tried a new person a few weeks ago who provided me with my worst fear — uneven eyebrows with different thickness. I found Newrain due to Unilocal and all of the positive reviews are right on point. Clean and friendly staff and Newrain got my brows looking decent until my thinner one grows back fully. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I was in search of a new threading place after being let down at my current one. I found Newrain on Unilocal and took a chance. I’m glad I did. Newrain takes the time to understand you and your eyebrow. She works with you to give your best eyebrow. Her threading is quick and painless.
Her salon is calm and inviting. There’s music in the background and a light incense throughout. There’s also a few other ladies that work with her. However, Newrain assured me they are just as good as her.
Nonetheless, I will now be a repeat customer.
