Our son is in Arlington going to school and his transmission went out on his truck. We found good reviews and that this was a family-​owned business so decided to go with them. They called us not long after the truck had been towed in and was able to give us an out the door price that was completely satisfactory (and lower than what we had thought it would be). They never once tried to sell us anything us. They knew we had it in for the transmission and that’s what they took care of, nothing else. A huge thank y’all to all who dealt with our son, Dustin’s, truck!

North Texas Transmission (NTT)is the best transmission service I have ever received. I was quoted prices at several shops and I was expecting to spend $ 700-​$ 800 on repairs. Mr. Todd at NTT informed me that the issue with my transmission was diagnosed incorrectly. They solved the problem and my bill was less than half of what I expected. I highly recommend North Texas Transmission, they get 5 stars in my book. One more thing, if cleanliness is next to Godliness then these guys are going to Heaven, the shop was immaculate.

I replaced everything I could myself before giving in to a shop repair. These guys were fast and honest. All I needed was a proper bleed of my system and I was on my way. All they charged was the diagnostic fee ($ 78). They apply this to your repair if it is more. Great shop, clean, and friendly. One of the best shop experiences I have had, and that is saying a lot!
