In this day and age it is a breath of fresh air to find someone who runs a business with sincerity, honesty and provides customer service that will bring you back, recommend to friends and family and makes your day better from the experience. Rafael runs his business this way. First rate.

What a way to start my Monday morning. Tire blew out on 395 and was in immediate need of a new tire, as I did not want to drive on a spare from Arlington to Hyattsville. I found One Stop on Unilocal and couldn’t help but notice the 5-​star review. Well, I sure believe it. I called and spoke with Rafael and he assured me he had the tire size I needed and to come right in. He was such a gentleman and so professional. I got in and out of there in 15 minutes! He knew I had to be at work and prioritized my situation. He made sure to check the tire pressure on my other three tires and gave me so much peace of mind after my crappy start to the day. I 100% recommend One Stop New & Used Tires. This is going to be my place of choice from here on out. Really turned my day around!

Rafael is an example of how small business owners need to treat their customers. You don’t always need fancy social media promotions for a successful business — just a honest, sincere and a straightforward way of conducting business.
Wifey and me went to One Stop on Saturday without and appointment and Rafael was super nice to accommodate us. He did a quick checkup of the car and recommended a set of new front tires. He gave us an all inclusive price which included tyre change, tyre rotation, tyre disposal and warranty. Simple and effective.
He and his son went above and beyond to do whatever was needed to finish the job as quickly as possible. They even checked the spare tire. I did question him on the price since I found the same tires cheaper online but he was nice enough to explain how and why he gives all his customers an AI price. Works out the same in the end and saves you the hassle of shipping/​returns.

I’ve been unlucky with tires this past month. First time, I had a nail in my tire. I came here back in May and Rafael was so kind, extremely helpful and honest. He told me he could patch it up and send me on my way. He also ensured that my spare was full of air, and the rest of my tires were filled. He patched up my tire for $ 15, amazing price for the area! Now, I’m here again, getting all four tires replaced because I was unlucky and managed two complete tire blowouts. Instead of worrying about price, Rafael and his team consider customer loyalty and honesty first. This place is a hidden gem and I’m really happy I found this place instead of resorting to the dealership where I’d be spending a small fortune on tires.

My boyfriend had what seemed to be a hole on the side of this tire. We went to some shop on Columbia Pike and without looking he told us we’d need a new tire. So we looked on Unilocal and found this lovely gem. We came without an appointment or calling, and we were helped immediately. He looked at our tire and told us that what seemed to be a hole, was only cosmetic! We didn’t need a new tire, or any work done at all! We were safe to keep driving. And he looked at it for free! He seemed very experienced, and even cracked jokes about the sky high prices that other shops charge.
Bottom line, go! I would recommend this place to everyone!

Awesome! Had a flat and changed to a spare. Called and got a quick price on a tire. I was confident going there after seeing a 5 star rating in Google with 106 reviews. They far exceeded my already high expectations. Not only was the price more than reasonable, they refilled my spare, washed it like new, and had my new tire mounted and all tires checked within minutes of pulling up. I will come here every time I need a tire and would highly recommend them to anyone. Well done One Stop.

Rafael is the BEST! Came in with a flat tire. He quickly identified the problem (screw in the tire), patched it & had me on my way in record speed (& with a record low charge). And to top it off, Rafael is the friendliest guy around. He was so sweet to my 8 month old baby. He let us stay in the car while he jacked it up to replace the tire, which was a real treat. Felt like I was in Nascar! Best service I’ve ever had for my car — or really anything for that matter.

Quite simply, you will never experience better customer care/​service. Integrity and quality are the foundation of this business. When my special order tires were delayed arriving from the distributor, the owner, Rafael, even offered to let me use his own car! (I took him up on a ride to Ballston Metro instead) It’s a small shop, but they can get whatever out you need for tires very quickly. HIGHLY recommended!!!

After coming from New York, moving around and finding trust worthy businesses. This is definitely the spot to go to for your automotive needs. Not only did they find me tires but at a good price and even went out of their way to clean up the rims and make it really stand out. I would recommend this place to all my family and friends ! It’s a little difficult to find but if you turn right into the gas station it’s in the back. Don’t sleep on it !

Came in on Sunday afternoon without an appointment or anything, with my dog in tow, and Rafael was extremely nice and helped me out by patching not one but TWO of my tires that had nails in them! He fixed them both in under 15 minutes, plus he checked and inflated the other tires for me as well, all for a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend this shop to anyone in the area.
It’s easy to miss from the main road, though. They have a separate small driveway next to the shopping center. We had to circle around twice before finding it!

Best service I have ever received for my car, by far. Rafael is great. I called ahead asking about used tires, and he quickly told me he had the ones I needed and quoted me a price. I brought the car by, and within minutes he was speaking with me and mapping out a service plan. In under one hour from when I brought the car in, he had replaced all four of my tires, fixed my spare tire crank, and replaced the spare tire, all at a discount. Unbelievable.
The shop is easy to miss from the road, but it is an absolute gem. I can’t recommend it enough.

I had two tires blow out and found Rafael’s company on the Unilocal app. I called him and he was extremely helpful and nice. He found time to fit me in and when the tow dropped my car off, he jumped in and I did not have to do a thing. He even offered me a drink and never once stopped smiling. His workers were all nice and very good at what they did. It only took twenty minutes or so and I was off with replaced tires and it was amazing at how little he charged me. They even took off my spare and packed everything back in the trunk nearly.
Coming from the Midwest, I’m not used to people being as nice as Rafael was. I would most definitely recommend him for anyone who lives in the Arlington area. The work was great and I trust him not to try to screw anyone over.

I had a tire plugged at another shop, but it kept going flat. After having an issue while driving up Glebe Road, I stopped in and Rafael suggested a patch for the problem spot and actually found a second hole to plug on the tire that finally solved my problem. He was super friendly and offered some advice for how to keep an eye on things going forward. I’ll be paying him another visit when it comes time to get a set of tires or I need any tire work in the future.

I scraped off a piece of my tire and I went to go have it checked out. I was immediately met at my car by Rafael, the manager, who was very nice and professional. He took a look and said that the damage was perfectly safe and more cosmetic than anything. He took a walk around my car and saw the same damage on a back wheel. Again, nothing to worry about and sent me on my way. This is my first car and as a woman I worried about being taken advantage of at any garage. I really appreciated this experience and will be back when it is time to change my tires out.

I just went there to change the tires, they have very good price with an amazing service. I did not have to wait for long. During my visit they were excellent .This place is highly recommended.

I’ll never go to another tire place again. I took my car in because of a flat and it was beyond repair. I’m about 4k miles from getting all new tires so I asked for a used one. The tire is in excellent condition and looks about new. The price Rafael (owner and operator) charged me for the tire and service was so low I felt bad and asked him to add himself a 30 dollar tip (he refused the tip). I offered the tip because he went above and beyond any service I’ve EVER received from a mechanic of any kind.
Break Down
–he gave me a great deal
–he checked the air pressure and added air to all the tires
–cleaned my spare. Yes it looks like it has never been used
–made sure the spare was properly inflated before returning it to my car
–he removed all the junk from the trunk so he could put the spare back where it belonged
–packaged the spare kit back together and secured it where it belongs
–stacked the items back in the trunk better than they were
I told him several times he didn’t need to do so much. His response was «I believe in customer service and this is what I do. It comes with my service.»

This place is fantastic. I’m so grateful it’s right round the corner from where I live, but I’d travel far to get here if it wasn’t!
I bought a used car which started giving me rear tire trouble almost immediately. Rafael diagnosed and solved the problem in mere minutes (it took the dealer weeks and they got it wrong). He and his guys are really good at their jobs, helps that they are patient with, and understanding of, their customers needs too.
I’m not sucking up here! I really like them, AND the price is super reasonable. All in all a job well done.
