Staff was very inviting and helpful with what frames and contacts to get! The doctor was informative and didn’t have me wait long at all. I love my new frames and contacts! Going to the eye doctor won’t be a burden or chore anymore! Love it here.

The optometrist is extremely nice and make you really feel at ease. The office in itself is very clean and modern. Half of the front section is covered with glasses I wasn’t in the market for glasses so I didn’t look at them closely but they seem to have a good selection.

I highly recommend this office for all your eye exam and eyewear needs! They go above and beyond to accommodate you. The office manager called my insurance to be sure my family and I would be covered. As you all know, calling insurance companies can be tedious and time consuming. Yes it’s their job but the manager did so with a cheerful attitude. Customer service goes a long way with me and I’m sure for you all too. All the staff and doctors are kind, polite, and professional.

Great doctor and staff! Office manager is very nice, attentive and helpful with choosing what frames would look best on me for everyday basis. She’s been working there for as long as I’ve been going there and easy to communicate with and helpful with insurance questions. She’s fantastic!

Really sweet and professional Doctor and friendly staff. I’ve been a patient for years since she worked close to my house and followed her when she transferred locations. The office is always very clean and spacious and they can always fit me in for an appointment in a couple days. Their prices are way better than other places for contact exam prices too and they sometimes have promotions running!

This place is great I had a pleasurable experience yesterday 11÷17÷15 the girls at the front counter and the Dr were absolutely great.

I bring both of my children here. Staff and doctor are so friendly and professional. Great selection of glasses. My daughter gets contacts and I am able to get them sent directly to my home, saving time. My son loves RayBan and has already gotten two pairs with very short wait time.

Took my 10 year old daughter (who had up to now seen a pediatric ophthalmologist) to have an eye exam. Staff was friendly and efficient. We were seen on time.
Dr. Vu-​Tran was very personable and was very thorough. We first discussed the reason my daughter had seen a specialist and what treatments she had received. Because my daughter’s prescription was so strong from her previous glasses, she double checked her own work to verify the change. I liked the fact that she wasn’t too prideful to recheck herself. We then discussed the change in vision and she again checked with my daughter to make sure she could see better through the new prescription.
I am extremely pleased with our visit and would recommend anyone. I will be making myself an appointment soon!

I have been a patient at Optimum Eyecare for over a decade now (since the junior high… I am now in my last year of grad school), and I absolutely love it here! I switched two eye doctors before I found Dr. Vu-​Tran and was satisfied with the service here at optimum. I really like Dr. Vu-​Tran because she’s very patient when it comes to asking me «which lens is clearer? 1? Or 2?» when checking my prescription during my appointment. The eye doctors I had before were always in a rush and made me feel pressured to choose a number quickly. You can tell they just want to get to the next patient. What if I wasn’t sure and picked a lens number that didn’t match my vision just because I was in a rush?!
With Dr. Vu-​Tran though, I feel at ease and can take all the time I need. She’s also always very happy to go back to a lens number that I am not sure about. And because I have been a patient with her for so long, she knows my eyes best and is honest with whether or not she thinks I am taking care of my vision. She always tells me ways to keep my eyesight from getting worse and whether or not my vision has improved. I am always curious and ask lots of questions too, and she always takes her time to answer everythingggg I ask. She never rushes me to leave during my appointment, so I feel like I get so much out of my time with her!
Her staff is also always really friendly! The office manager, Loanne, has been working there since I first became a patient as well. She talks to you very personally and somehow always remembers something about me from when I last saw them the year before. Sometimes it’s things I even forget about myself! Whenever I have questions about the prep procedures she does for the doctor (like the Glaucoma air puff test) she too is always very willing to answer my questions and explain what exactly she’s doing. Optimum Eyecare is really good at making you feel like family, and you can tell that they genuinely care about your vision! I absolutely love Optimum Eyecare and wouldn’t trust any other doctor with my eyes.
They’re also really good at getting contacts in to you on time too! My recent pair came in in less than 3 days! :) and if you move away for school, Loanne is really good about sending your glasses/​contacts to you at wherever your new school location may be!

Dr. Vu-​Tran was very thorough at explaining each step of the process and also very friendly!
Her staff is also very friendly, polite and PATIENT! Would highly recommend this place to anyone. I also received numerous discounts and prices are very reasonable (compared to other places.) Overall very pleased with the service! Would definitely go back :)

My contacts came in A DAY after my appointment. Can you believe it? A day! Most places I’ve previously been to took around 1 – 2 weeks.

I have a major eye phobia to the point that I get extreme panic attacks when I even think of eyes or the eye doctor. The doctors here were very understanding, helpful, and patient with me. I told them that my biggest obstacle is actually when they shine the light into my eyes because the light physically hurts my eyes (strong sensitivity to light), and the doctor said she would lower the light to the lowest setting to make it easier on me and it was! The whole appointment was the best eye appointment I’ve ever had. I will definitely be going back to Optimum Eyecare in the future.

I was able to get an appointment for the very next day! I gave the (very friendly) receptionist my insurance information over the phone when I called to schedule the appointment. I arrived the next day and the front desk associate/​optometrists assistant was very friendly and greeted me and my husband as we arrived. There was one form to fill out and a HIPPA acknowledgement to sign, which was great. I hate doing page after page of intake paperwork. Also, she had verified my insurance information prior to my arrival, so she could tell me exactly what my policy covered. There was no waiting from this point and it was off for the fun eye measurements and the dreaded puff of air in the eye. This machine gives me anxiety attacks. I was trying to talk her in to letting me refuse this test, but she was so calm and patient with me. She convinced me to let her try it one time, and that if it wasn’t successful, we wouldn’t try again. Well, it worked the first time on both eyes, and that was the smallest puff of air I’d ever felt. She explained that it was a new model machine and was more comfortable for the patient. From here, it was off for the main exam.
Again, there was no waiting. The optometrist entered the room, greeted me with a smile and was very personable. She was very thorough and patient as we went through all the various tests and was careful to verify the final lenses at the conclusion of the exam. I was exhausted, having worked all night and was having my eyes examined before I was off to home and bed. They have a moderate selection of frames in the store to choose from, or you can take your prescription to the store of your choice. I had experienced quite a few problems with my WalMart frames and knew I wanted to try something different. The front desk associate came to my aid once again and helped me find perfect frames. A short time later, we were on our way home.
Now, all of this took place on a Friday. The following Tuesday, my (almost) 4 month old got a grip on my glasses and pulled them from my face and onto the driveway. I called the office to check on the status of my new glasses (knowing they had up to 14 days to complete my order) and explained the situation. The wonderful front desk associate (I need to learn her name) listened to the situation and said that she’ll call the United Healthcare lab (where my glasses were being processed) and would ‘put a rush’ on my order. She told me she would check on the order status on Wednesday and would keep me informed. I truly believe this is going above and beyond and I wish more businesses (especially health care providers) were this wonderful to work with. I’m so impressed with their quality of care and service that my husband and oldest son have appointments this week.
