doesn’t listen … I reported a health issue and emily rozet brought up something else entirely which has different symptoms and comes from a totally different source that i said nothing about … i had to correct her … at the next appointment and proceeded to try to schedule more expensive blood tests and the like without listening to me about what was going on.

This practice, which is now solely Correnty and a Physician Assistant, has moved to a concierge service. This means, in order to actually see the doctor, you have to pay at least $ 45 per month over and above the regular insurance costs. They say you get «extra services» like being able to make appointments on line and get wellness counseling, but last time I checked, these were the regular duties of a doctor.
There are thousands of other doctors who won’t nickle and dime me. I’m sending my parents elsewhere.

I agree with previous commenters that the office administration is poor. I was a patient of this practice until several of the doctors, including my own, left and joined a different practice last year. At the time, Dr. Correnty’s practice sent a letter to all the patients, asking if we wished to follow our doctor and have our medical records transferred to the new practice. I returned the letter, confirming that I wanted this done.
Fast-​forward eight months. Now I need to see my doctor and the new practice does not have my records. Apparently, Dr. Correnty’s office never transferred them. Why not? I didn’t pay a $ 25 transfer fee. Where on the letter did it say that I had to pay a $ 25 fee? It didn’t. They forgot to include it. The office staff said they would tried to call patients to let them know they needed to pay a fee, but they never called me – I know because they showed me the letter when I went in person to pay to obtain a copy of my records, which I then hand-​delivered to my new doctor’s office.
If I hadn’t already left the practice, I would consider doing so now. I only need to see a doctor infrequently and this level of customer service is not acceptable.

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Correnty for many years and have found him to be responsive, caring, and willing to think outside the traditional medicine box. We love having him as our doctor and are very appreciative of the time he takes in dealing with our concerns and questions. We have seen other doctors in the practice as well and find the staff very helpful and responsive even if we have to leave a voice mail.

Dr. Wittig is wonderful, but I agree with the first reviewer about the practice. If Dr. Wittig were to go elsewhere, I’d follow her in a heartbeat. I’ve never liked any of the other doctors (one of them was flashing so much cleavage I didn’t know where to look!) and unless I had an emergency, I would not see any of them.
But I adore Dr. Sue — she’s a treasure!

I agree with Megan F. I have only been going here a little over a year, but didn’t pay the voluntary fee last year, and haven’t even been asked about it this year. I love this practice, and can always get a convenient appointment with my doctor, whether last minute from being sick or a few weeks down the road. My doctor is good about telling me when a followup is needed, prescribing only when necessary, and she is very likeable, compassionate, and overall a great doctor.
Also as far as the voicemail system, I have noticed if you call in the morning you generally get a live person, but if it’s later in the day, or before or after lunch you get the voicemail. Just leave a message, and they’ll call you back! It’s a busy practice and they have a lot of patients.

Love my doctor, don’t have a problem with the voice mail message system, and have had nothing but the best of treatment from ALL of their medical staff. I’m in and out on time and am encouraged to ask questions, go for follow-​up when necessary, and continue to refuse the $ 25 voluntary fee each year without a problem.
In my five years with this practice, I have never had an issue with billing and have probably seen each of their doctors once (including Dr. Abbey who is no longer with them… sad face). I’ve also traveled to their McLean office in order to get an earlier appointment and have had no troubles there either!

I love my doctor who is part of the Correnty practice. Dr. Suzanne Wittig is honest, real and shows concern/​compassion. The practice she belongs to however is less than stellar. They never answer the phone, instead have a complicated voicemail answering system designed to force you to leave a message so they can return calls at their leisure. When you call multiple times they call back with attitude and a lecture on how busy they are. What’s worse, they beg every year for a $ 25 voluntary fee to help offset the costs of the office. It’s extremely distasteful to have them collect your co-​pay, then ask if they can add $ 25 to cover the light bill. Sadly, the practice has a revolving door of doctors, which should be a sign of problems.
