If i could give 0 stars I would. We had to pay $ 5,000 deposit. Doc Holliday lied about cost and work to be done. Ian showed up at house stinking horribly of alcohol and then lied to us about cost and work to be done. We were struggled constantly to get them on the phone because they have so much business from Lifetime Fitness. We decided to cancel the job with them and get our money back. The original salesman Doc Holliday said he understood, talked bad about Bob and Ian, admitted Ian had a drinking problem and said to call Bob to get our money back. After talking to Bob and being told he had to pay $ 500 for free samples and a work crew that was never scheduled we agreed just to get the part of the down payment back. He told us twice he was sending a check, never got a check, now won’t return our calls. This company clearly has too much business and they are dishonest on every level. DO NOT USE! THEY CAN’T BE TRUSTED!

We hired Quality Coping and Plaster to redo our plaster. We went with an upgrade and had him do the «rock pebble» type, from the beginning the rock pebble was chalky, and it looked worse than our original plain plaster. He collected his last payment, under the guise that the plaster needed to «cure». After weeks of the pool not looking any better, he came by to look at it, and he admitted (owner) that his workers had improperly mixed the material. He promised to make it right and fix it. He never came back. We called, email, texted, and even tried with the BBB (which he refused to even respond, to the claim). We hired an attorney and he refused to acknowledge any of the letters. In short we got an substandard product. He got his full payment, we had to pay for an attorney to write letter, to continue down this road, it would have cost of time, energy, more aggravation and money.
