Do not go there ! The staff will do nothing to help you ! If you are sick and running a few minutes late, they do not care and will not try in the least to accommodate you. The staff Will only state and repeat policies and procedures to you knowing that you are ill.
Questcare offers no consistency in their medical practice from one location to another. One doctor at one location may not even offer the basic medical practices that another location offers. Their medical practices are inconsistent in the metroplex, and each staff is smug and arrogant about it. For a sick patient that is frightening!
This corporation of doctors provides services through AARP United Healthcare, so they are aware that their patients are elderly and often sick. They know that by offering services and accepting patients through AARP that these people believe and hope that they are in good hands with doctors and their staff that care and understand their difficulties.
That is not the case. This staff only cares really if it is preventative not if you are truly sick and need to get in to see them!
Dr. Opalach seems genuine and caring, but how does he not know that his staff is only concerned about procedures, no concern, for if they can truly work you in and get you well. They do not try and say get here in 10 minutes, he is ahead of schedule because he saw the next patient earlier since you were in route .
Nothing ! The offer you nothing. The doctor could have easily worked me in, but his staff is concerned with making sure That they can get to lunch early, not with an ill patient.
It is a Terrible and a horrible way to treat someone that is sick and really needed to be seen!

Very nice staff and Dr. Matthew Opalach is a great Dr. I received a get well/​Thank You card in the mail and this just shows they go the extra mile for their patients. I would recommend him to family and friends who need a Dr.
