I cannot give enough praise to this jeweler. Mory is fantastic to work with. His quality, taste and custom made work is simply phenomenal! I am so pleased to get to work with him and will continue to for years to come! 20 thumbs up!

Yeah, the owner is nice and all, and they do have pretty shiny things in the store, but that’s about it. It’s an expensive fine jewelry store in an underground mall targeted at tourists and wealthy middle-​class commuters. I live basically across the street, and I needed a ring appraised and resizing, so I went here based on the positive Unilocal reviews. Perhaps for other services this place is excellent, but not based on my continuing experiences.
They’ve messed up a simple appraisal twice now (putting down wrong sizes of stones, then messing up on the type of metal), and sloppily resized my engagement ring leaving different colored metal globs. What they first thought was white gold turned out to be platinum, but I had to bring my ring back since the main stone rattled and in resizing they left some gold globs. And perhaps it’s a typo, but now my appraisal says it’s made of «palladium.» No measuring tools were used for the appraisal, and obviously the initial scratch test for the metal wasn’t correct.
I don’t know how you could possibly get «same day service» as they advertise, unless you were to bring something in right when it opened and then picked it up when the store was closing. On the first visit, on my way out with leaving my engagement ring with them, he said «Now you be good.»

A small shop in the crystal city shops (underground connected to the crystal city metro stop), I have gotten an appraisal here as well as watch links removed. Customer service here was super, they were very professional and respectful.

Fine jewelry isn’t my thing, so, when my boyfriend had something custom made for my birthday, I was terrified that I wouldn’t like it.
But, Mory and his team did an amazing job. It is intricate and perfect. The details are incredible. More over, it suits me to a T.
What more could you ask for?

I had some time to kill so I stopped in to Real Jewelers to look at their watches. After complaining that I’d been quoted $ 100+ to have my victorinox Swiss army watch battery replaced by multiple Jewelers, Mory looked incredulous. He informed me that he could fix it on the spot for $ 18. After taking him up on his offer he also basically sold me on a Hamilton jazzmaster auto. If you are looking for honest, up-​front service for your jewelry or want to check out some nice timepieces, real Jewelers is your place. I will definitely be back.

The place is small but well lit, customer service is excellent. They do custom design jewelry and I plan to plan to come back and have a stone set for my wife.

Mory fixed my dad’s pendant and chain within 2 days. He did excellent work and didn’t charge me an arm and a leg. I can’t tell where he repaired the rope chain at all. He also looked at my Michael Kors watch free of charge. I will be back for any future jewelry repairs or services.
