This place is my jam! Definitely prefer this place over Dulles mostly because it is smaller and closer. The place has good wifi and if you have xfinity, the wifi hotstpots are rather strong and lots of charging stations. One time I had a flight at 730pm and DC traffic as it was on a Friday afternoon, it took me an hour and a half to get there from my place, usually it takes 12 minutes. I finally got to the airport at 7. But by some miracle, I made it to the door by 707pm and made the flight in time with room to spare. It’s comfortable and easy, that’s what it like about it.

I don’t mind flying out of this terminal at Reagan, mostly because of the pretty good food options. Generally the place is always packed, but every time I visit there seems to be a new restaurant added in. They have a Five Guys which is always jamming, a sit down restaurant, a noodle stand, pizza, coffee, and sandwhiches. What more could you really ask for at an airport? It’s not super fancy with all sorts of plugs or ipads to entertain yourself on while you wait, but that really doesn’t bother me much.

Plenty of food options near our terminal. And we had no problem getting in and out of the terminal. Just wish we didn’t have to take a shuttle to the plane. If we could have walked, it would have been faster. But the terminal itself was fine. Plenty of seating. But no place to charge a mobile device, and I had problems getting on the Wifi.

Rather impressed that they have not just Dunkin Donuts and Five Guys, but 2 markets, a bar, a bao place, Hudson News, Kapnos Taverna and wait for it… &pizza! Among all these choices, it is up to you to be unhealthy but of course quite easy to spend a handful too much of cash. All these places have some sort of breakfast offering, like coffee and eggs, but a few also have some fresh fruit. The Georgetown Market offers lattes and espresso, if DD is not your cup of morning enthusiasm. Because really, what counts is the number of options for coffee in the morning. Jump start your day the wrong way and it’s all over! For the rest of the day, it’s easy to pick you poison here for food that will make you feel heavier when you fly or just help you get by. Healthful choices exist, but… You have to make the effort! Overall, I think the reviews of Terminal C made me think I was going to be in an airport terminal horror story. Not too bad!

For a major airport, man the American Airlines setup is such a disaster here. If you’re carrying on, you are golden. One kiosk and you’re done. Checking a bag, well that’s another story. There are separate kiosks and a ton of them, but people bunch up and line up in front of the first set. Once you’re done with that, you go get your bag weighed. Make sure you do this before taking your bag over to bag drop off at the third station. I watched 20 people skip the middle step, have to go back, and be super annoyed. I watched several people ask workers questions and try to get clarification. No one seemed to know any answers and gave out wrong info. Hopefully American Airlines can figure out a better way to communicate and make things smoother here in Terminal C. The airport is stressful enough, no need to add any more hassles.

We always are on American and there just is not much to do in the American concourses. No play area for kids restaurant choices are limited. But the main issue for us is that each concourse is locked down from walking between them. You have to take a shuttle which usually takes longer than it would to walk.

No, this is not a five star hotel. You will find no champagne, no foot massages, no hot hand-towels, no complimentary sushi, no cucumber water, no fawning underlings to cater to your every whim, no one to tell you that you’re pretty. It’s an airport terminal y’all. Let’s all dial back our expectations a bit. It’s not a bad place … as far as an airport terminal goes. There are restrooms. They were clean the last couple of times I’d been there. There seemed to be adequate seating. Sure, there are a limited number of dining options, but it’s an AIRPORTTERMINAL. You’re not gonna find fine dining here! Grab an overpriced snack and sit down! It’s an Airport Terminal!

Awful terminal. It just looks cheap. You can really see US air’s personality in this terminal. Just cheap. When you come here hope you’re not flying in one of their regional flights or you will have to take a bus to the airplane. It simply just looks like taking a bus to a trailer park.

Terminal A(US Air) has some new food options, but their restrooms are filthy and unkempt… more like a bad truckstop than an airport in our nation’s capital.
