The employee I dealt with in this mall was really friendly (failed to get her name), in spite of the fact that I was on the phone. I usually try to avoid being on the phone when I have to speak to sales people, but couldn’t avoid it that day.
I went in because they are, apparently, the only place in The Parks Mall that sells Tom’s. The girl helping me was fast and efficient and didn’t even seem annoyed at my being on the phone, in fact, she apologized several times for having to interrupt me!
The only thing I was a little disappointed by was that the shoes I was looking at were about $ 15 more than the same pair at all of the other retailers I’d checked online.
