Established in 1987.

H. Donald Smith, CPA opened his first CPA firm in Dallas, TX. As the business grew, he moved his office location to Seagoville, TX, where he was able to have a more centralized location for his clients. In 1997, Steve Smith, CPA, joined the firm in order to allow the business more growth and the ability to provide more services for a variety of different industries. in 2001, Smith & Smith CPAs opened an additional office in Arlington, TX as the business grew in the Fort Worth area. As the firm has grown, our attention to detail and commitment to personalized service has only increased. After just celebrating our 25^th anniversary of business, we look forward to 25 more!

Business Owner

Steve graduated from the University of Texas — Arlington in 1991 with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting. He received his CPA certificate in 1993 and is a licensed CPA in the state of Texas. Post graduation, he worked in the medical billing and accounting field until he joined the firm and became a partner in 1997. He maintains 20 years of experience in both public and private accounting.
