I have always had a great experience here. The staff knows their products and if they don’t know something they actually take the time to help you and figure it out. They actually care to inform you so your not just wasting your money.

Purchased a battery and accessories for my ecig, registered the warranty online, then if fell apart in my pocket. When I bought the products a really nice woman helped me and said if I had any problems with it to just let her know. When I went in to the store the same person was not there, instead I was met with an incredibly rude staff that was extremely condescending and superior. They lost a customer as quickly as they gained one. With as many smoke and vape shops out there, bad customer service has no place.
