My sister used this place to print her DIY wedding invites which is why I picked them also. BIG MISTAKE. After sending Kim 6 pages of detailed specs, she wrote me a $ 330 estimate so I decided to go with them. They were out of the paper I wanted so I had to order it myself from a 3^rd party… cost me $ 150 so I figured the cost of the job should drop to $ 200 or so. Kim told me that I had to work with the Production manager, Ron, who took the same specs and quoted me $ 650…with my own paper! The cost pretty much tripled! I told him about the original estimate and he said that he does the estimates, not her. Huh? How was I supposed to know that? At this point, weeks had go by since the initial estimate so we were out of time and we had to do the printing ourselves. He felt bad so he offered us 20% off, but that price was still outrageous. I asked to speak with the owner/​manager, but he wasn’t there so I left a message. I never got a call back from anyone, so I went back a couple of days later and I was told that the owner/​manager definitely got the message but the person didn’t know when or if he was going to call me. I strongly recommend that anyone with printing needs stay away from this business.

Good quality, quick turnaround, very convenient location across from Courthouse Metro. They take a couple of different formats and were very pleasant to work with.
