I visit Starbucks frequently, but tend not to review them. In thinking about this it occurred to me that it’s because I’ve come to expect such a consistent level of service and quality that I no longer evaluate my Starbucks experience with the eye of a reviewer. This in itself is an achievement, especially for a branded chain of stores like Starbucks. I visit this location frequently and know several of the employees personally through social connections. Service is always fast and friendly, the drinks are always correct, and I like this Starbucks particularly because of the amount of cushy seating they have available. I’m not the heaviest of coffee drinkers. I earn roughly one free drink per month on their gold membership program(if you use the app to pay, every 12 drinks you purchase earns you one free drink or food item). I’ve had nothing but a good experience at the Cooper and Bardin Starbucks.

Good hours, good location, good drinks, fast. Just a bit of feedback on Double Chocolate Chip Frappuccino. Second time that chips have been too big which stops up straw. I pick up big straws from QuikTrip to keep in the car for emergencies like this.. Starbucks should have those. Smaller chips or bigger straws..

Lots of turnover in recent months. Men’s room is usually in terrible shape. Reminds me of a bad truck stop in the middle of nowhere. I’ve told staff about this a couple of times. They seemed unconcerned, which must be true given that nothing has changed.

4 stars for weekend am crew. weekdays kinda conflicted most days I see 1(that’s ONE) person making drinks &6 other people looking lost and confused. I tend to wait almost 10 minutes on weekdays for my drink, this needs to change. there are 2 machines to make drink right?

First off I wanna give this particular location some Girl Scout points for being open until 11pm!!! Most of them close at 10pm and when it’s 10:30pm and you need some caffeine that matters! Came through the drive thru had two drink orders. My caramel ribbon crunch frappucino with extra, extra caramel drizzle and a iced caramel macchiato. The drive thru service is good and the lady at the window was friendly. The drinks came out fast and as per my specs were on point. My drink was loaded up with caramel and those tasty little crunches on top. My fiancés drink was good as well and both were completely full to the top. Another great set of drinks!

The drive thru line is ridiculous, always wrapped around the building. If you park and go inside you’re stuck in your spot until someone nice lets you out. Sometimes I don’t know if the barista can’t hear my order or they are busy talking to each other. The drinks in th morning are good but if you come in the afternoon it isn’t as good. The frapp taste like a slushy and no coffee flavor.

I love the Monday-Friday MORNING staff– I can barely tolerate the night staff. Why is there such a difference in service depending on shift? I wish this was not the case. Come here before 9am and it’s a good place to be. The later it gets, the harder it is to enjoy. But the morning staff is so excellent I still have 4 stars.

Staff had a bad attitude when he had to redo my drink that he made wrong. Unacceptable for the image Starbucks strives to build!!!

I decided to give it another try and how can you get worse. The girl at the drive thru was not only rude but they were out of everything. Stickers plastered the menu of what they could but after ordering they were then out of even more. I couldn’t get out of the drive thru because there were three cars behind me and three in front of me. This Starbucks needs to get their act together for sure.

I love the place, it’s pretty nice inside and spacious. The older staffs are the best, but they keep getting new people, who do not know what they do. It’s by my work, so i’m here everyday for the last 5, 6 years? When did this place open? Anyway, i have come to appreciate the older staff that used to be here. Unfortunately, only a couple remain, the younger staffs suck badly. At first, it was«they’re new, let’s forget this happened.» Then to the third time, my ice green tea latte was downright awful. I came back the line and told them to remake it, they didn’t shake it well, the green tea power is clogging the straw, and the drink taste like ice stale milk. The barista that made it, took it back with a sullen face and gave me a glare. I was pretty upset, but thinking«he’s also Asian like me, us Asians just only adapt the concept of ‘customer service’ not too long, forgive him», so I tried to smile and take back my not-any-better-2nd drink. If it’s not that i love the morning staffs, some are there a long time, and that place is where I meet my friends, i won’t come back. Look out for Stephanie, she’s one of the nicest barista there. She’ll make your day.

Ive come here twice and both times my green tea frappé was not good. It barely has ice and it was so watered down. Ive never been inside but the drive thru was quick, i just didnt like my drinks.

I usually don’t take the time to write reviews, but this time I felt it was necessary. I ordered a tall decaf Caramel Macchiato. which is usually very delicious. But this time it was the worst drink I’ve ever had, bitter tasting, very little ice, and clearly too much coffee and not enough caramel. I definitely will not be returning to this Starbucks.

Love this location because it is so much more spacious than most and parking is pretty good which is also usually a problem. But– the baristas are super rude(when I am ordering they always act surprised to see someone at register or like I’m bothering them) And the manager let’s people do whatever they want. Right now I’m sitting next to two girls who brought Razoo’s.

They have the friendliest group of servers I’ve ever seen at any Starbucks. If you want excitement sit for awhile and just watch the parking lot.

Not a coffee drinker, but love their strawberry smoothie and breakfast menu. They are very quick and always nice. Location is a bit inconvenient due to traffic at times.

I always frequent this location and have great experiences, but this was the worst service I have ever received at any Starbucks. When I nicely corrected the barista on how he messed up my coffee he suddenly got a pist off look on his face, scooped out the weird stuff he sprinkled in my drink and handed me my drink. No apology and he wouldn’t even look at me. Only thing I can think of is he was distracted with his long conversation with an off duty barista who stopped in for a drink. Regardless, I thought customers came first and my drink still tasted like whatever he sprinkled in it!

Starbucks. Love ‘em or hate ‘em, they make some good Joe. And, again, for better or worse, they are everywhere. This location is not my first choice, but it is still convenient to my home and commute. The service is fairly quick, and the staff as friendly as they get.
