Let me very blunt and clear, there is NO mistake that my review about your crappy customer service was correct Steve! How do I know this you might be asking??? Because your company took money out of my fucking checking account every month for almost 3 damn years!!! How stupid of you to suggest for one fucking moment I’m not smart enough to leave a comment on the wrong insurance company! Really? And yes, you did reach out to me regarding my review and you lied below when you said I didn’t respond. I did respond! I said I stand by my review. You asked me if there was anything your company could do to fix your past shitty customer service and I told you to go pound sound! I told you that you should given a shit when I was a customer, not TWO YEARS after I fired your ass! That’s how help works pal. I’ll post your first response so future customers can see what a lying jerk you really are. You and your company suck!

I have been with Steve for almost a year… I have auto, renters and my laptop and my camera insured. They are really helpful and I always feel like I understand what my coverages are for and what I am actually buying. No pushy sales tactics. I highly recommend this agency.
