I enjoy this place and I frequent it quite often. I always get a strawberry avacado smoothie with boba and I’m working my way down the menu as a second drink. Tasty! I wish the ambience was a little more welcoming though, everyone seems like they’d rather be elsewhere.

Idk what’s going on but recently they have been making my drinks perfect every time like oh my god thank you so much! I made a previous review saying my drink was good but not the best. I take it back bc I think they have been working on it. Great job :) also, try the mango green milk tea(cream tea). I get it with egg custard and grass jelly bc black tea boba is so yesterday lol.

The drinks here are good, but the atmosphere could be a little bit better. Unless I’m crazy, it echoes inside.

Boba is a little bit on the pricier side, I always get the jasmine milk tea. Usually its the same girl who makes it and it always taste different, but its always so incredibly sweet, I always let the ice melt to water it down. A couple times I see her reach into the fridge and pour pre-made milk tea from a gallon, wasn’t too happy about that. Once I ordered the mango green tea with cream, I had it in California and was so excited that they had it here, but she gave me green tea with mango flavoring, it wasn’t a big deal, but that drink was also really sweet.

I remember when this place use to be Movie & Tea… Well the milk tea Gods are probably still with this location, because this place has the best boba in town! Although Arlington has a lot of boba joints, Tea Cup has the creamiest milk tea with the softest boba, next to Orchid. On weekends it seems as though they premake it, which makes it a little more watered down, however, on days where it is made to order — it’s perfect! The cups here are one size and they are roughly $ 4 a drink, including boba. They also have popping boba, various jellies, pudding, and other toppings as well. Other drinks worth mentioning are the mango and taro smoothies. The mango is very sweet and tart, and the taro even has taro ice cream in it! Restrooms are clean, and service is helpful… Except when it comes to actually recommending a drink. Seems like they haven’t tried the whole menu yet or they’re scared they’ll lose a customers referring to a wrong drink. Nevertheless, great tea!

Drinks were way too sweet. Prices on the sign didn’t reflect current prices. When I asked why, they mentioned it was too expensive to redo sign.

A lot of my friends love Tea Cup, but I think they’re just okay. I come here only when they want to go. I’ve had better in Houston and as far as the Arlington vicinity goes, I prefer Bambu’s drinks. I really like Tea Cup’s mocha ice cream coffee without the boba, though. I’m not really a boba person. This drink is more pricey than their other selections btw. There are other drink toppings that you can get such as poppers, coffee jelly, grass jelly, fruit jelly, egg pudding, etc which I think is nice. There are also desserts like snow cones and snowflak. Their Jasmine milk tea is another one that I tend to order. Taro isn’t that great here; you should go to Phở 95 for a taro boba and the vanilla green milk tea is way too sweet. I have a sweet tooth, but that’s full of sugar made into a drinkable form and I think I’ll pass on that one. It’s my boyfriend’s favorite drink though. Not mine for sure. I don’t like the smell of this place, either. I believe it’s the condensed milk ingredient that they blend which makes this odor. The very first time I came here, I wanted to leave and not order drinks, but it’s fine. The place’s aroma wasn’t reflected in their drink blending. The Asian girls that work here are alright. Some will smile and are quite cute, others will just take your order. I like how we get to pick the color of our fat straws. I dislike the color yellow, ha. But yeah. 3⁄5 overall.

SCAM: The standing box near the entrance claiming that if you fill out the form you have a chance to win a free trip on a cruise with you and a plus one. I know it’s a scam because my boyfriend and his friend both filled out the form on the same day together and what are the odds… they both«won»! We looked up this«paradise cruise» online and found that it was a scam! We notified the workers and they had no knowledge of why it was there and who comes and picks up the forms. BOBA: Their menu has lots of options but don’t let that fool you into thinking that they use fresh fruit and vegetables. The milk tea is overly sweet and boba is tolerable but just ask for less sweet and fresh boba. I’d rather have the iCafe bubble tea.

Good place for boba tea in the Arlington area. The wife loves their Jasmine milk tea. It is kinda pricey. Not a good place to sit down and enjoy the drink because the interior design is uhmm… well… there is none.

We really enjoyed the tea here. I’m pretty new to the boba tea«scene» but the guy at the register was helpful and recommended a few options. We got the pineapple, the tapioca jasmine green tea and the cookies and cream smoothie for my non-adventurous son. The only negative was that it smelled a bit odd when we walked in which may come across as off-putting if you are already unsure about boba tea. BUT, like I said, the friendly service and great flavors made up for it.

Pretty big menu, but don’t get too excited. «Ooohh I want an almond milk green tea.» «Um, yeah. we don’t have that.» «But it’s right there!» «Yeeeaahhh. Um. It like, needs to be updated. A lot of it needs to be updated.» Thanks teens.

This location and other tidbits are a bit far for my taste, so I’m going to give it this much in rating. The Rose milk tea was good, but too pricey. Really, $ 4-something for a regular-sized boba? Idk man, I’m used to it being ~$ 3 but anywho, I’d wait until my next adventure to Houston to compel me to get back on my boba tea addiction. Until then, I don’t really highly recommend this place compared to the many strewn little shops in the area and Arlington. Come in if you’re very close by and have disposable cash, but otherwise, save it. It’s not worth it in my opinion. If they’d improve their ambiance a bit by brightening the café, lowering menu cost, and giving a size option(rather than just 1 size), then I may consider returning. Otherwise, I’d rather stick with my local places then venturing out here. Their cashier was sweet though!

They have a HUGE menu so you have a ton of options. The boba was cooked perfectly and the drinks were delicious. I would definitely go back if I’m in the area.

After having resorting to Bethany’s for the past couple of months, my friends have finally decided to take me here and I’m kind of mad at them for not showing me sooner! I like this cream tea much much better bc Bethany’s milk tea has been starting to give me upset stomachs and itchiness. It tastes similar to I Heart Boba’s. Now I don’t have to go through a 45 minute drive! I’m guessing today’s batch of boba wasn’t as bad as how the other reviews have said. It was pretty decent. A lot of variety… And There’s a sitting area and wifi, but for customers only!

Ordered three drinks: Honeydew milk tea, Thai tea, and Milk Tea. Honeydew milk tea was very creamy and delicious! Thai tea was a bit too concentrated, but good as well. Milk tea was the most disappointing drink! More than half of my cup was filled with ice. I am very disappointed about how they can serve ice and charge the full price of a regular cup. If they had the courtesy to serve a well balanced ratio of ice to tea content, then perhaps they will have a better business with their customers. I did not come here to drink watered down tea and harden tapioca because of the overload of ice in my drink.
