History

Established in 2012.

The company was formed in the Arlington Texas area in 2012, currently serving the local Dallas and Fort Worth areas since, and additional market areas outside of Dallas-​Fort Worth our remote support services as well.

We’ve continually grown since operations went live, and plan expand our business into additional market areas to be able to reach and help more people, and offer our customers comprehensive support services for their needs in those areas.

Business Owner

Chad has been working in IT related fields, for over 15 yrs, for companies like Unisys, DirecTV, and TD Ameritrade, and building PCs since childhood. Through these work experiences and roles, Chad has honed and developed IT related skill sets and knowledge that have note-​ably set him ahead and apart as a great technical solutions provider that is always customer satisfaction centric.

Chad believes that the most important values in running a successful PC service business is a commitment and focus on delivering cost-​effective solutions to customers in a timely and friendly manner.

Chad is A+, Network+ certified, and has direct experience background in many other aspects of IT. His leadership and example continues to help shape and grow his company, and he is continually keeping up with the latest emerging technologies to more effectively help his customers with all their device needs for the future.
