Business Owner

Shelley Baldwin and her two youngsters (Chandley and Crue) started Texas Grill Masters out of their backyard. The kids posed the question…“Who repairs & cleans these things around here?» Like most great companies, it all starts with a simple question about filling a need.

Shelley has a BA in Education from Southwestern Assembly of God University. Her love for cleanliness, outdoor entertaining and her husband’s world class grilling FIRED UP the grill cleaning and repair business. Shelley balances life with a love for business, family, and church. Shelley and her husband, Jeff Baldwin, have been happily married for 18 years. Jeff is the founder and Senior Pastor of The Refuge Church in Bedford, Texas. Jeff also owns 1^st Choice Chimney Company; a highly respected cleaning and service company serving Tarrant and Dallas County.

Chandley Baldwin is the indoor volleyball captain at her school and currently plays 2-​man Sand Volleyball at Texas Image. Her dream is to one day play for
