I will give them this. They sold our house fast. I found Claudia to be off putting and a tad condescending. Not sure why because she didn’t do anything overtly rude but just subtle hints of bitchiness that I can’t put my finger on. Mike was okay. When we first met him he made a few not so joking remarks about his wife and that just struck us as odd. He was kidding but it was strange. Also they messed up on some paperwork issues and acted like it was not a big deal which annoyed us. Nothing life altering but mess ups that shouldn’t have happened. The biggest issue we had with them is their lack of scheduling in a timely manner and lack of communication with us. Often times we would get contacted the day of without any prior heads up. If I’m comparing them to our other realtor who is flawless I would leave them 3 stars. We chose them because they know the area they sell in very well which is so important. All in all a fine experience despite the hiccups. We sold our house more than a year ago by the way. Also want to add Mike never called us or communicated his thanks and/​or congratulations to us once our house was sold. That we found to be distant and rude. I wouldn’t use them again even though they sold our house successfully. Missing the friendly and caring aspect of a realtor/​homeowner relationship
