Meet the Business Owner

Jay C.

Business Owner

For over 10 years, Jay has owned and operated the UPS Store franchise at 2200 Wilson Blvd in Arlington, Virginia. Jay hails from South Korea. He and his wife have three children.

Jay is dedicated to providing world-​class customer service. He has completed over 2,500 hours of continued education with the UPS University. As an owner, Jay requires all his team members to complete 20 hours of training each year.
