So yes, Taylor is still as talented as ever, but this last occassion I went there, I made an appointment about a week in advance. I called half an hour before I left home to make sure my trip was not a total waste, and I was informed by a rather rude lady at the desk that she had double booked Taylor. It was very unprofessional and she did not seem to offer any apologies.
