Vogue Nails

First time here today, had my eyebrow waxed by Nancy, she was very gentle on my skin, being that I have very sensitive skin. Place is spotless, clean and welcoming, the staff is super friendly. I will be back for a manicure and pedicure next week, I’ll provide an update soon.

Went in to get a pedicure. They sat me down immediately. The pedicure was ok well worth it’s $ 20.

The staff was friendly but I did observe a few things:
1. They have a sign that says if you drop and/​or break a nail polish you must pay $ 5 for each and an additional $ 5 for cleanup. I think this lacks customer/​client service. Accidents happen. One thing is if you have your kids run around and you can control the situation of breaking things but what if you accidentally drop it??? I think making a customer pay is ridiculous.
2. They were a bit understaffed that they lost a few customers who walked out instead of the «20 minute» wait.
I understand that I decided to go the day after thanksgiving therefore maybe not the entire staff decided to work. They only had 3 people on staff and they would tell everyone it was a 20 minute wait even though I don’t think I actually waited the full 20 minutes but that’s what they said when I walked in. 4 people that came in walked out when they heard it was a 20 minute wait. Losing business that’s for sure.
The service itself was minimum. I didn’t feel I was getting a 5 star treatment. I felt my service was rushed.
It was me and my SIL. We got a basic gel manicure. They started on us at the same time and when someone walked in to get a brow wax I was nice enough to let her step away from me to attend to that person. She got back and continued on my nails… Well my point is that they got done with my SIL and I at the same time (hmmmm guess she rushed my service)
My actual gel manicure wasn’t anything special. And when she was done I did see a few bubbles. Guess my mani won’t last.

Went here based on reviews and it was worth it. Low end prices and nothing fru fru but the the product they use is high end. My solar nails never chipped or lifted. They were nice and freindly. No long wait in and out great parking. Go here if you are wanting quality and not pay a lot and want to be in and out. they kept tv on history channel too

Love this place. Pedicures and manicures are awesome. Never wait. Been several times. Open 7 days a week.
