The manager at this location treat people pretty bad I don’t think she knows what customer service is I’ll take my business somewhere else like cvs.

First time I’ve stopped at this store in S. Arlington/N Mansfield and most-likely the last. For being in a «sketchy» part of town, the attitude of the employee I interacted with certainly reflected it. Arriving at the counter to pick up some pictures was demonstrated to be a distraction from her engaged task of previewing pictures coming off of the machine for another customer. After the non-interactive«can I help you» — notice that it wasn’t a question but rather a statement, she dug through the bin until our photos were found. We were then commanded to «see if they are ok» which I guess meant to double-check that they were our pictures to begin with. Luckily they were. The next challenge came when ringing them up and impatience ensued on attempts to scan the bar-code on the envelope. When told by her manager that she was using the scanner-gun on the register incorrectly, her reply was«yeah, whatever»(muttered under her breath but coherently enough to us) when the manager walked away. Classy. How this example of customer-service got hired is beyond me…

This place is just convenient. Their staff is not too friendly whatsoever. The prices are not cheap but it’s a pharmacy so I don’t really expect them to be. It’s close to my house so convenience is the only reason for coming to this particular Walgreens.

We use this Walgreen’s almost exclusively for all of our prescription and«quick grab» needs. It is very close to home, the staff are all very friendly and helpful, and the location is perfect.

I’m a pharma Rep! I’ve had Walgreens District Managers tell me to my face that the only thing they care about is 1. What’s in it for Walgreens. 2. What’s in it for«my bonus» that was the Pharmacist(yes every pharmacist makes bonus on how many generics they move and only generics). Not once did they bring up will it help our customers? Unlike their commercials they could care less about you as a customer.

Slow, slow, slow. Switched to Target– a least they act like they care and I can get some decent shopping done.

The ladies in cosmetics are very helpful. They always have new items to show and there’s always a great bargain.

We get all of our prescriptions here and never have an issue. The store also sells $ 1 boxes of candy that are perfect for the movie theater!

Do not ever get your prescriptions filled here especially if you get automatic refills. The staff here including the pharmacist are very rude and aren’t helpful at all. There is absolutely no customer service here. You would think that people in this industry are more understanding especially when dealing with patients and those who are sick; it’s not true at this pharmacy at all.
