I had a really hard time getting an RX from this pharmacy. Calling back and forth between this pharmacy and my doctors office trying to get my prescription filled.
When I called the pharmacist on the 4th day of trying to resolve the issue, they told me the staff working the day day prior was just to «lazy» to hit the resubmit button to confirm insurance had approved it. It had been approve for 2days!
My doctors office had to call them twice after they had already faxed the pharmacy of the approval status. My doctors office strongly suggested I change pharmacies as they were so hard to work with.
It’s a bummer as this is the closest pharmacy to me.

Don’t come to this pharmacy and expect quick service. I had to wait upwards of 20 minutes just to be acknowledged. I just needed something from behind the counter, not even a prescription! And they didn’t have what I needed, so I was forced to buy the name brand…
