Xscape Nails Spa

I have gone to this salon about four times. The first visit was great! I read reviews, saw pics, so I knew I wanted Alex to do my nails and Mindi to do the nail art. Well, somebody else
did my nails, can’t think of his name, but they were ok, not the best, however, I knew he would never do them again.
Mindi did a great job with the nail art. She was very friendly and did an amazing job on my brow wax.
That was the last time I experienced great customer service. Every other time, everyone working there had social plans, which they were talking about, and acted as if I was interrupting them asking for services that they are there to provide! I felt rushed, and it was clear Mindi had something else to do that was priority over working. She didn’t have time to do my brow wax, so another lady did it. It didn’t come close to the job that Mindi did. No one else in the shop has her skill for brow waxing. So I knew the next visit, I would insist that Mindi did my brows.
First you have to call, over and over, to make sure she’s there. Finally, she was there. Alex did my nails, they looked great but I had polish on my finger. Mindi was getting her nails done right next to me. She was acting as if she hoped I didn’t ask her to do anything, since she was receiving a service herself. She barely talked to me, however, I was on my phone… so, I’ll let her make it in that. But they were all speaking another language and looking at utube! I said to her, I hope you can wax me since your getting your nails done. She replied, «I hope so too!» She just always had a stank attitude after my first visit. She’s talented, but acts as if she’s doing me a favor by providing the service she’s offering. It is clear that providing the requested device is secondary and basically getting in the way of her socializing.
And, I agree with one of the other reviews on the pricing. I mean, I’m charged a different price for everything. I never figured out what I
was being charged because they were not speaking English.
Needless to say, they are talented, well Alex and Mindi are, but I can’t do the rude, your imposing upon me, attitude! I will not go back!

Talented, sweet and funny staff. Emily was awesome — nails turned out exactly as I wanted. Will be back on Saturday for a pedi!

Was not a fan of this place at all. I came here to get my nails done since I have a lot of events to attend this week. Initially when I walked in my sister and I were greeted nicely, but all the niceness ended soon.
The lady that did my nails was trying to smile a lot but kept talking in another language to the owner and I’m sure it was about me. The owner was rude as hell and seemed to be in a bad mood.
As if the rude costumer service wasn’t bad enough they did a horrible job on my nails. I asked for gel French white tips and after the lady was done you could see so many bumps on the clear gel part. Like if you work at a nail place you should know that’s not how nails look freshly done and when I asked the owner to fix them he was just angry and they continued to communicate in another language.
This is honestly the worst costumer service I have ever seen and experienced. I would never recommend this place to anyone or go back myself. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable and ready to leave a public place before, so please save yourself and don’t come here.

Excellent nail salon. My daughter and I have looked for a great nail place and finally found it. Wonderful pedicure and great designs. I can’t wait to go back!

Always had the best experienced. Everyone speaks English. Great customer service. They are very professional and the shop is kept very clean. They have lots of pics on Facebook and Instagram.

Amazing place! Friendly people, they make you feel so welcomed. The salon is clean, and the nails and pedicure were AWESOME!!! Really recommend this place. I used to go to this other big salon where I felt intimidated to ask for designs or something different.
This place has great pics on Facebook and in the salon. Showed them a pic of one of their creations and they did it for me. Friendly faces, great work, happy me!

I absolutely love this salon! I went in with my mom yesterday to check it out. We both got the perfect pedicure. There wasn’t any wait time. Also several of the employees spoke very good English so there was not a huge language barrier. They were extremely detail orientated here. The lady who did my moms nails went above and beyond. She took the extra time to make them look great. The guy who did mine was the exact same way! This is how a salon should function! I will definitely be returning!
