Description

Specialties

A huge «Mountain Breakfast» is what is waiting for you at Bristol’s. Start off with some of our famous biscuits & gravy or maybe pancakes are more to your liking. Both of these are included in our «Early Bird Specials» along with eggs and bacon or sausage for $ 6.95, which are served from 6am to 9am. We have quite a few omlettes, with the Bristol Stampede (everything in the house) and our Spanish omlette being the top two served. Specials like Huevous Rancherous, Eggs Benedict, or chocolate crepes might be found on our special board which changes daily. Many people stop at Bristol’s for the french dip sandwich which is piled high with prime beef and served with au jus or a «Station 1» named after one of our fire stations in town. Grilled onions and bell peppers are grilled and added to our sliced beef and topped with lots of melted cheese. All of our burgers and sandwiches are served with a choice of pasta salad, french fries, green salad, or a cup of soup. All of our soups are homemade

Meet the Business Owner

Patty and Richard B.

Business Owner

We started this restaurant as a family business with Patty’s 3 boys all working in one way or another. Jimi the oldest helped Richard with the remodel of the inside of the restaurant before going off to work for the U.S. Forest service as a wildland firefighter. Justin washed dishes and prepped before he was trained as a dinner cook which he did his last two years of high school. Carson started off as a «PR Man» while in grammer school, went on to wash dishes and then became a server during his summer years of high school. That leaves us, Richard and Patty. Richard is a retired plumber and a former truck driver that got roped into the restaurant business by his then girlfriend Patty. I had previously owned «Patty’s Place» in Arnold and been involved with my two brothers in Russo’s Restaurant in San Francisco before that. I have lived in Arnold for over 30 years and Richard has lived in Copperopolis since he was 2 years old. Please come in and say hi, we’d love to meet you.
