This practice is a joke. I was looking for a more attentive chiro and was provided multiple treatments with no upfront discussion about payment. I ordered custom orthotics which my insurance partially covered and I never got a call they were in. I finally called to figure out what I owed and started paying it off. I received multiple ‘final’ statements all with conflicting numbers. Each time I paid it off, I got another statement with some ‘new’ charges. I called about my orthotics and they didn’t have them. What am I paying for? The treatments never worked. I still had pain. Now they’re charging me an 18% LATE fee without even trying to contact me.
Oh and the ALCAT testing is also a joke. I’m apparently tolerant to all foods where my real doctor found multiple intolerances on a similar test. That was a waste of $ 300 (Insurance paid $ 800 so they say.)
DO NOT USE THIS DOCTOR. They are a scam.
Oh and just noticed on the ‘new’ bill that there’s a charge for services last week. I haven’t been there in months! That’s awesome guys, let’s charge me for services I’m not even receiving! HORRIBLE PRACTICE.
