Subway

Service at this place is also a hit or a miss, typically like other fast food outlets. I remember coming to this place when it opened up way back when I was in grade school and this used to be a hole in the wall. Now recently this place expanded and the restaurant lobby area looks a lot nicer.
However, the service can be a tad spotty at times. This is due to the hired help they have working behind the register. This is also a franchised restaurant, which the owner needs to know about training their servers better in prep handling. Sometimes these people do not wear gloves and that is bothersome.
In addition, Subway is listed on a lot of military websites as offering a military discount, yet when I always come in and ask, they refuse to honor the discount. There are plently of franchised restaurants that honor a discount, including Culvers. There is no reason why Subway cannot honor such either.
