This clinic needs to be shut down. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy there. Absolutely horrible. Went there with my boyfriend for a skin irritation he’s had for a few months. We checked in a waited patiently. We were 3rd in line. Shortly after we checked in the girl assisting the nurse practitioner took someone who checked in AFTER us and turned off the lights. After they were seen, they left because this woman said it loud enough to them that couldn’t be helped here. The person who was assisting the NP had seen us when pulling this family back but didn’t acknowledge us until after this family left. She asked if we had been helped I said we were waiting to be seen. She then said we wouldn’t be seen till after 2. It was 12:30. I said we had been checked in for awhile. She said they have to lunch at 1 till 2 pm. I said we had been checked in for almost a half hour. She said it had been only 25 minutes. My boyfriend said there was still another 30 minutes before they were to go to lunch. Her response was no one was going to be seen till after 2. I said this was ridiculous cuz had I known 1) we would not be acknowledged when we arrived 2) be pushed away because rather than helping a patient it was more important to go to lunch at 1 rather than going a little later and 3) being mean and rude to a patient was acceptable here. We would have never went. When we were leaving I said let’s go this is ridiculous, her response was«have a nice day and live well feel better«this girl needs to be fired for her sucky attitude. Needless to say I got my boyfriend in at Walgreens at Bowles and 141. He was taken care of, we were treated very well. Not to mention they told us this was the 3rd complaint on Arnold this week. The second complaint yesterday when we saw both locations on 07÷12÷14. AVOID this take care clinic at all costs

If I could give them no stars I would. I understand if you need to go to lunch, but if someone is coming to you 10mins before lunch at least see what they need don’t tell them you will be going to lunch from 1 – 2:15. I needed to get back to work and I was on my lunch hour. I’m a dental hygienist so I understand wanting to go to lunch, but when you work with sick or in pain people you should help. My eczema was out of control and I needed something to ease my pain. Needless to say the dentist I work for called in a prescription for me, would have been nice if a medical professional had helped me out. It would not have taken long to look at my hands and then fill a prescription.

I am a bad girl. I hate going to the doctor even though my parents are doctors. I hate taking meds even though I need to take them on a regular basis. I hate getting injections. I get scared whenever I see a needle no matter the size. But, all of that changed when I came to Take Care Clinic. I came here primarily to get a tetanus shot. Initially I didn’t want to see a doctor, but a nagging thing in my throat that wouldn’t go away needed to be looked at. The nurse practitioner was awesome! She spent time with me answering my questions & telling me what I needed to do to make this nagging throat thing go away. The one thing I didn’t want to hear was not being able to have milk/dairy for a week. Froyo & ice cream are my happy pills. In any case, I’ll survive just got to count down the days. Wait time wasn’t horribly bad. Just check online to see what the wait times are. Paper work wasn’t tooo bad, but if you have a laundry list of medical conditions, surgeries & meds it will take a freaking long time. The tetanus shot wasn’t horrible. Pretty freaking fast with minimal pain. I still hate getting injections & am afraid of the Big Bad Needle. The best part of this entire visit was how much my copay was. Less than $ 50. Awesome!
