This is the worst computer repair company I’ve dealt with in over 20 years. We needed two printers hooked up with a new ssid and password. After 2 hours he charged me $ 200 which was considerably higher that what was quoted and told me he’d email a receipt.
I will cancel payment on my check tomorrow just to give him time to let me know why he thinks his time is so golden.
I highly recommend that no one uses Alltech Computers out of Arroyo Grande.

Michael and his team have been providing support for our IT for several months taking care of lots of things. They have consistently been responsive and right on top of all the issues. Recently I lost a disk drive on my new machine and they resolved problem quickly and based on the complexity of the problem it was a reasonable cost. We have been impressed by the knowledge and communication skills of all the people that have worked on our account. We are a digital marketing agency so we are forever working on the newest technology and this team has been able to keep up with us.

I foolishly allowed an invader iattack my computer and had to have it wiped completely in order eradicate the problem. They were sympathetic and didn’t make me feel any worse, did the work quickly at a reasonable price. When I picked up my computer, the technician, David, patiently answered all of my lame questions and offered further assistance if necessary. Looks like a well run and very kind group of people.

So very happy I found this place. David was so helpful. Before he looked at my laptop he thought my hard drive might be bad but then discovered that wasn’t the problem and was able to fix it for a very reasonable price. He had it finished precisely when he said it would be ready. He explained what was wrong with it, what he did to fix it and how I can help keep it running better in the future. David really seems to know his stuff and was very courteous and friendly. I will definitely go back the next time I have an issue with my computer. Good job Alltech!

I’m not sure why their listing is not on here more prominently. They are very professional and I’ve given them’s two different jobs that were both exceptionally complicated and they handled them both with ease. Their prices are very fair. I was very surprised at their technical capability given it’s a small outfit. I trust them and would use them for any repairs or upgrades.

Customer service is the best I have ever had. When my macbook pro took a turn for the worse I came to Alltech computers after my brother highly recommended the place. I was told that they were honest and had great customer service. My macbook pro has never ran more smoothly and the price for the work done was more than fair. These guys are great!

The Mac that these guys installed the hard drive on crashed again. Imagine it was a bad hard drive. Had it sent to square trade for repair. (They felt bad for me, and although my warranty expired with them they fixed the errors made my AllTech). They noticed that two of the screws were not tightened down and the hard drive was wobbling around in its spot. Not to mention that the hard drive they installed crashed within 6 months. I thought Geek Squad was bad, but this place takes the cake.

For my personal computers and for my business computers I’ve been using Alltech Computers now for almost 5 years.
Not only are they dependable and honest but their work is fantastic.
Our business has seven computer stations Michael always has them up and running flawlessly. Even our two cash registers are run through the Internet to our main server and Michael keeps them running beautifully!
Wouldn’t think of trusting my computers to anybody else other than Alltec computers!
I highly highly recommend Alltec computers! Their prices are more than fair and their staff is always there for us! My staff is always happy when Michael comes out and tunes up their computers and makes sure back ups are working and they are virus free!
After five years Michael and staff have my utmost trust and respect!

I brought two different computers here on two different occasions. The first time the computer hard drive was constantly busy, slowing everything way down. I assumed a virus of some kind. They did several different types of scans and couldn’t find anything significant. Then they did hardware tests and discovered the hard drive was wonky. They installed a new drive and transferred all data. Presto! Working computer again. I was on the phone with them many times over the course of about a week as they worked to find the issue. They were very responsive and consciencious about fixing this, and the final price was more than reasonable considering all the troubleshooting that it required. Very pleased with the experience.
The second computer (my wife’s) was having trouble opening websites. They scanned and did a general cleaning, updated Windows and now everything works like new again. In and out in a couple days. The price? $ 29.95. Nice. I’m a happy camper!
I really like these guys. Always courteous and seem genuinely anxious to do things right.

These guys are AWESOME! You couldn’t find a better place to take your diseased computer. :-) I say diseased as my computer had gotten to the point of no return. I had sooo many pop ups I could even get to some webpages. I called Michael and even thought he store wasn’t open yet he said to bring it on by. The technicians of Alltech took a look and found incredible amounts of spyware lurking on my computer. David called me and told me the problem and gave me a VERY reasonable price to get it healthy. I came to pick it up and they invited me in the back working area to make sure everything was as I wanted it. Super service with a smile and didnt break the bank… can’t beat that. Love you guys! wont be going anywhere else! I was so happy that I took them a quart of Pumpkin ice cream to thank them (well I had to pay for the work too) :-) Happy Halloween guys!

I wish I had read the other reviews here first. I needed to replace the power jack on my laptop motherboard so I took it to them to solder the new jack on the board. After 2 weeks the jack simply popped off the board due to a poor soldering job. «We only guarantee our work for 10 days, so we’ll have to charge you again.» No compromise whatsoever. Avoid these guys at all costs, they have no confidence in their own work… 10 day guarantee? I’ve had leftovers that last longer than that.

This place is a joke. I took my computer there and they didn’t fix it they actually made it worse. If you are smart you won’t trust them with your computer. They broke my computer more, then deleted all my files, plus they told me I needed to rebuy all the software they deleted. What a joke!!!
