Flame Broiler

Chicken bowl. The way to go. Whenever I’m too lazy to cook I always want a chicken bowl from here. Never disappointed.

Terrible portions! My bowl was ½ empty, this place has gone downhill in my opinion! They try to make it look full using big ass pieces of broccoli on the bottom, so disappointed!

Do not come here. Food is disgusting, portions are horrible, place is dirty and cashiers steal your change and then lie about it.

It’s my first time at this location and believe me, the portion they give me are very poor. My order was ready really fast, but the little portion of chicken that they give taste old. I been at many other locations and their portions are fair and their food taste fresh. It’s my last time coming here.

The cashier got my order wrong and then shorted me on my change. I hadn’t even noticed until she tried to charge me more money on her mistake. I won’t go there again.

I visit this location a couple of times a week, when I’m looking for something healthy and quick. They always do a great job and I never have any complaints. Food is always fresh, tasty, fast and the pricing is great. I love how they’re always consistent — you know you will leave happy. Tons of parking in the front and friendly service. My «go to» location!

I had seen a lot of commercials about this place. I was in the area and decided to try their food. I ordered the chicken plate with veggies, in less than five minutes the food was ready. The service was fast but the food was not so good.

if you’re looking for something different, and healthy this is it! Great food, great service I will definitely be back… A lot! it’s quick, easy, and affordable. Healthier and more fulfilling than blah fast food.

This is my go to healthy food spot. Their bowls are Always fulfilling. The ribs are amazing. They do catering, and I won over people when we ordered this for our office lunch. All my co workers are obsessed with this place. Not a big fan of the magic sauce but love the hot sauces and Jalapeños that you can grab. I always call in my order as there is a line at lunch time, and I have yet to be disappointed!

This location is horrible. Went there on New Years evening and there were customers going in and out of the kitchen making their own bowls, then returning to the dining area to watch TV. And the quality and amount of food was sub par compared to the other locations that I have visited. Will NEVER visit this unsanitary place again.

Love the food here whether when im prepping or just looking for a healthy fast meal when im on the go. Love the half and half option the only thing that keeps it from me giving it a 5 star rating is that it gets a bit pricey but eating healthy usually costs more regardless but the food is good regardless

Disgusted!!!
My bf and I went to this flame broiler yesterday… we both love flame broiler, but will never go back to this one!
1.we walk in and walk to the counter to order, there was a shorter latina lady. prob a manager counting cash on the counter… ummmm…thats an easy way to get robbed! This lady did not greet us at all or even say she would be right with us… then she hands the money to I’m guessing the male manager… and of course no greeting from him either. Finally the female calls another girl from the back to take our order.
2. Once we get our food, there was a lot less meat then what we usually receive on our bowls and it was barely warm and looked like it had been sitting there for a while.
3. While my bf is eating, he pulls out a long hair that Is wrapped around his rice, and pulls it out to show me in disgust… which at that time, the female manager sees this and comes to take his food and bring him a new one… I stop eating cuz I’m disgusted.
4. When they were making him a new bowl, we watched the guy scoop rice then look at it weird, then scoop from a different area… I can only imagine what was in there… my bf just ate the meat when he got his new bowl.
5. As we are about to leave, the male manager was sitting on top of a table… I’ve worked plenty of years in the food industry and know that this is a no no!
So if u want to eat some ass and hair, go to this place… if not, avoid it!

Good service and good food, as usual. Always expected from a Flame Broiler. Personal favorite is the Beef Bowl! Wish they had a bathroom though

Glad they have more than the hot sauce. Now they have the hot hot sauce. The magic sauce is thickened teriyaki sauce that is so yummy! It gives the rice more taste, in addition to the flame broiled flavorful meat. I’ve always had my meal to go. Not too comfortable on hard wooden chairs.

Just got the chicken plate with steam vegetables. Wow. Pretty tasteless and bland. I know this is supposed to be healthy alternative, but geez. No flavor.

I had never been to a Flame Broiler before today, and my first visit was good! Yay!
They have a very simple menu, which is kind of nice — chicken, beef, or both… with it without vegetables… white or brown rice.
This location seemed a bit small, but then, again… I don’t have anything to compare it to. The have a soda fountain for refills and sauce pumps — magic sauce (soy/​teriyaki), hot sauce, and something else (I can’t remember).
I ordered the medium chicken bowl without vegetables and brown rice. It was delicious, and it is a lot healthier than a lot of other options out there as far as quick food. I should have ordered a mini size, because the medium was too much food for me. I took more than half of it home as leftovers.
Would I visit a Flame Broiler again? I think so.

I normally love flame broiler, but this location isn’t that great. It’s mainly the service that brings this place down. They’re normally slow no matter how busy or empty they are. I normally come to this one since it’s so close and I’m never impressed with their service. They’re terrible at phone orders. Both times making phone orders were bad experiences for me.
The first time, they quoted me 15 minutes wait time. I showed up in 20 minutes and ended up waiting another 30 minutes. So evidentially our order was forgotten an ours was booted to he back of the line.
The second time, i was quoted 10 minutes and showed up in 15. I saw my order on the counter bagged up, but when I paid, they told me to wait. I assumed that it was for someone else. I’m basically waiting 15 minutes while watching the one cashier take customer orders. After 20 minutes I just go up and ask if that order sitting on the counter was mine. The short lady interrupts me with a «hold on» so she can check her phone. Then turns and hands me the bag that had been sitting there for the past 20+ minutes.
I’ve never had bad experiences at other locations. The food here is still on par with other locations in my opinion, but I do notice that some of the other restaurants do give larger portions.

This particular Flame Broiler location is consistently good. You’ll always find the same girl behind the counter, and the same crew in the back. They’re efficient, and even though the place may be packed you know you’ll have less than 5 minutes to wait.
The food always tastes the same. pretty damn fresh and good! Can’t go wrong here… perfect lunch option, or a quick pickup for an easy dinner.
