Postma’s Furniture

I live 3000 miles from this store and needed help with a sofa purchase for a relative in the Buena Park area. I called the store spoke with Beth Postma who researched, emailed and called me with everything I needed to find just the right sofa. She was the most helpful person I have had the pleasure of working with on a purchase. I would say that she went above and beyond to help me on the sofa purchase.

Really glad that I shopped locally at Postma’s. We purchased a couch from them and had a small problem with a tear in the arm. They quickly contacted the manufacturer and replaced the arm sleeve. Very happy with the post sales experience and support.

Here is my storie. I have been living in artesia 15 years. And i always pass by through postma furniture but never went in side to see what kind of furniture they carry. I bought couple of bed from living space and some furniture from other big store. But” But those are big fancy store and every thing sitting there i mean (furniture) it’s not good as you see. I can say its just shine. You can get sale price or negotiation. But product is not good.
So back to postma. After living 15 year u finely decide to go to postma. And i love it.
Their furniture is best good excellent i realy like it. Beautiful furniture sofa, rugs, decoration cabinet recliners they got everything. I like it so much i feel beter as soon as i enter inside. I bought sofa set which is expensive but I’m getting a good stuff so don’t have any problem to $ 4,000
Also I bought a carpet good quality also
Friendly customer service. They like to show what they have. I didn’t see any rudness if they are closeing at 6:00 pm exectly and some one walk inn like i did when only 5 min left to close. They didn’t make any face. Rather then that tgry are very welcome people. And i did nit ask thier name other was i will mention. Thier was 2 ladies very good very nice. I got my sofa on time and I’m sitting on it and writing the review. And going to get some more furniture. Going to say bye bye to all other companies. Welcoming to postma

I was looking at all the big furniture stores for a new couch and barrel chairs, I wanted to buy American made, so I looked on the Internet, and came across Best Furniture, they sell through a few dealers, and Postma’s was one of them, I was hesitant to go there as there location is in a heavily Indian shopping area, not that I have a problem with people from India, I just thought the style would be eastern. Glad I went, Postma’s is a great little American furniture store that has been there for many years, Beth was very nice to work with, and her pricing was good, they have a lot of good furniture in that store, and what they don’t have they can order from catalogs. They have there own delivery truck, so you don’t have to deal with a bunch of packing material, they just deliver the furniture, I love my couch and swivel rocker chairs, and am planning on buying a bar and tables as soon as the floor is done. Give them a try, you will like Beth and Bill.

I’ve been a customer of Postma for couple of years. Val is such a great person. Their furniture is great quality. I highly recommend.
