Wells Fargo Bank

Have been banking in the area for years, not sure if they changed management or cleaned house but the service I have received the past few months has been stellar. Pleasant greeting when you come in and a thank you when you leave. Service was quick and smooth. Tellers all smiled and seemed happy. There is no drive through ATM because this bank is inside Stater Bros so I go grab some groceries, maybe rent a Redbox movie and grab a Starbucks next door. One stop shopping,
What more can you ask for?

Service sucks, made an appointment with another branch and confused it with this one and they refused to help me. They even pointed out the fact that their notary was standing behind them doing nothing but he couldn’t help me. When I went to the other bank it took literally five minutes. Wouldn’t recommend this branch.

Thank you Wells Fargo for always exuding excellent customer service! Branch Manager Saima and her staff are always professional and make trips quick and efficient. The staff is also extremely friendly and personable, especially Betty!

These people run quite the scam! If you are not a customer they make you wait for ten to fifteen minutes so they can «verify a check» before they can cash the item. The goal of course is to make it as painful as possible, so that you will finally give up and open an account. Mind you the checks I have attempted to cash are checks drawn on a large business, locally based. If I was a customer they could verify the validity of the check in a nano second and cash. It is non sense and very manipulative. So I just go to my own bank without a problem. Went there to deposit money in my daughters account, but no more. How sad in this day to attempt to be so deceitful. Makes you wonder if the claims made by the City of LA against the bank are really true? The pressure on their employees to generate new accounts has resulted in this very poor level of customer service. Too bad.

I went to this branch, because it was open till 7pm on Saturday.
If I knew how they service, I’d never ever have visited this branch.

I have been a Wells Fargo customer for around 10 years now.
They are horrible when it comes to customer service.
I can’t stand the fact that they are SO unwilling to help.
They find a way to make money off of every account.
Just came back closing my checking account.
Throwing away all my check books.
That’s how terrible they are.
I am leaving Wells Fargo, and changing to Chase.

This bank is the worst. I work next door and go to them for change which they never have! How can a bank say «sorry we don’t have any ones or fives» seriously? They can’t count either. They’ve shorted me and given me too much. Ugh! Don’t go here!

This «branch» is located inside a grocery store. Very little signage. Had trouble finding it. Finally called and found out it is inside the grocery store. I asked if the branch accepted IRA contributions and was told yes. Waited 12 min in the teller line and then was told they cannot accept IRA contributions. I asked Alaina to ask «upstairs.» In the meantime, I called my home branch and was told they can call a number and will be walked through on how to accept an IRA contribution. Nothing difficult. Waited 5 more min and had to go. Alaina called back and told me her upper management still cannot accpet it. If you go to the Wells Fargo website branch locator, it doesn’t tell you that the branch is not full service or cannot accept IRA contributions.

Contrary to the reviews. This is a small branch inside stater bros. Staff are friendly and helpful. THey’re open on Sundays and on weekdays they’re open till 7pm! :)

The WORSE SERVICE EVER! Manager is very unprofessional. I will never return to this branch AGAIN!
