Have been a customer at this Big O for years. Victor (manager) and his team always provide great service. They don’t nickel and dime you to death and provide honest estimates. Went in for an oil change and they did several other things for me at no charge. Thank You!

I walked in and talked to a female who was working the desk for people to check in. She was super rude and treated me like I was an idiot after just telling her I would like to get my tires rotated and balanced. I never will go back to this location even after living not far. I will take my business to another location even if the drive is further because the customer service is awesome.

Several sets of tires and a lot of service work mostly good experiences but I ordered a new set of tires made an appointment to have them mounted got there 10 minutes early and was told i would have to wait 3 hrs i explained I had an appt but was told they would try to work me in. They have lost a long time customer I wont be back

I have been using this store for over 6 years now. They used to be great and run well but…
I went in this morning with a flat tire (Big O brand), already removed from the vehicle. When the manager asked «how are you?» I told him it has been a rough morning and that I just need a flat repaired. To which he replied by laughing and (with a big grin on his face) saying it would be at least 3 hours before he can fix my flat tire. This is the third time I have received a rude response and less than helpful attitude from this same manager in the past year.
Horrible management makes for a horrible customer experience. I have spent thousands of dollars on tires and servicing at this store over the years but I will not be back. BTW, I drove to the Big O in Wheat Ridge where I received a friendly welcome and they had me in and out in 20 minutes.

I went in with a blown tire that needed to be replaced — I came in with my 4 and 5 year old daughters and the staff with courteous (handing them coloring books and crayons) as well as quick & helpful. Jack & Alex made it painless.

My husband and I have used Big O pretty consistently for years. I went in last week with a nail-​hole in our truck tire to get it patched. Brandon helped me; he said the hole was in the sidewall, quoted me $ 700 for a new set and told me it was very dangerous to drive around with the puncture, as «it could blow out on you at any time»; I think he was trying to pressure/​scare me to buy tires right there on the spot. This quote sounded too high so I left and called Discount Tire in Arvada. Discount Tire gave me a quote of 400 $ for a new set comparable to the ones Brandon quoted. I decided to then get a third opinion and went to Walt’s Tire Service on South Golden Road. Walt’s patched the tire, no problem, and I was told it was a couple inches from the sidewall, not even close… Obviously, I would NEVER go back to Big O Arvada.

Get tires here, they can handle that. Do not get an alignment done here. The very inexperienced techs broke off a perfect good tie rod end and destroyed the steering arm from applying force incorrectly. If you follow the factory service manual there is no way this can happen. The manager was great in that they replaced the part free of charge, but now I have non-​toyota parts on my truck and the next time I have to do front end work will be a nightmare because the steering arm is completely stripped.

This location is terrible. Employees are not very attentive or helpful. In fact, they’re just downright rude at times. Their prices also seem inflated. I was able to go to Discount Tires off of 92nd and Wads and get better tires for $ 100 less. My current tires were still under warranty with Big O as well. When I attempted to use that warranty I was told it was completely void because I missed the 5000 mile tire rotation. Nobody ever informed me I was supposed to be doing that every 5000 miles in order to keep that warranty and they basically told I’m SOL. When I called to inform them I was taking my business elsewhere they did not apologize for their behavior nor was an attempt made to keep my business. So that says a lot about how much they care… I have been buying tires for years from Big O but this was the last straw, never again. I will definitely be telling my friends and family about this negative experience and recommend they also take their business elsewhere.

These guys are a great tire shop for sure but the last two times I’ve had to come by have been last minute steering and suspension issues on my way out of town. Not only did they get me in both times and get me taken care of quickly instead of saying they are too busy, they did so with a smile and a fair price. They even rotated my wife’s tires for free even though we didn’t buy them there. Awesome folks here!

Great service, friendly employees. And the new management took great care of my car. I expected my wheel change to take up to 30 – 45 minutes it was less than 20. With my tires aligned, and rotated. Great job guys.

I just moved and was pleased to find a Big O relatively nearby as Big O has earned my oil change, mechanical repairs and tire replacement business for the past 8 years where I lived previously. I was glad to find this Big O facility bright, clean and comfortable. Today’s experience did not disappoint as the oil change was quick and the free mechanical checks are always appreciated. Also, since my tires were purchased at a Big O, they are rotated for free — nice! I’ve always found helpful coupons at the Big O website too — worth a look.

I bring my car here for all my oil changes. They do a good job at a good price. The store is always very clean and the staff very nice. I never feel like they are trying to pressure me into services I don’t need and they now have a discount card that has lowered prices for me.

The trouble with a franchise is sometimes you get good service, sometimes bad. My experience here was bad. I had a Big O tire, bought in another town, tread separate. Took it in to this store and they denied any warranty first because it was bought at another store, then because it was over two years old (by two weeks), then told they couldn’t be sure it was a manufacture defect. Bottom line is apparently they did not want my business and I will not be going back.
Discount Tire in Arvada on the other hand stepped up with great service. Lesson learned.

This place installed my brakes wrong and my car made horrible squeezing noises. I highly recommend against this place. It became apparent they didn’t know what they were talking about when they told me my cars lever parking break is actually an «e-​brake» and shouldn’t be used when parking. I should just leave it in gear when parking, even on a hill… I had to return several times to get the issue re-​worked and finally say said they can’t fix it. They said it looks like a warranty issue. So I took it to Medved paid them $ 100 to figure out what the problem was and turns out they installed some stuff wrong. I brought this to their attention and they just said sorry. They didn’t offer me a refund for the labor that they did wrong. Nothing. I emailed their HQ and unfortunately I got free labor coupons that I gave away. I will never return here for service again.

This location may seem friendly and on top of things but they are not! On several occassions we have has issues with these guys. We try and support local businesses and started bringing our fleet vehicles here only to have one left outside overnight UNLOCKED with $ 1000’s of tools in the back. They also lost our keys to another vehicle which we were unable to use for more than a day for our company. We recently had to take a vehicle back over for a 2nd time to have the tires balanced again and they re-​rotated the tires back to the original position! DUH! They also lost a hubcap and refuse to take responsiblitiy for it. Please find another location to service your vehicle, the extra drive will be worth it.
