Clinton is amazing! We decided to move to Colorado from NY and did not know exactly where we wanted to live. In August 2015, we traveled to CO and spent 4 long days looking around Denver and the western suburbs. Clinton was extremely generous with his time and knowledge of the area. At the end of our 4 day trip, we fell in love with Evergreen. For 6 months Clinton sent us listings. Very little was available in our price range in our desired area. Clinton kept our spirits up as we wondered if we would ever find a home in Evergreen. We planned to move at the end of March and came back to CO in February to find a place to live. There was only 1 home available in Evergreen and it was perfect for us. We were initially hesitant about making a bid out of desperation. Clinton encouraged us without pressuring us. We made an offer which was accepted. During the process Clinton was always available; providing wise counsel, inspiration, perspective and support. Searching for our home from the 1^st day through closing was incredibly easy– something we never expected– and that is because of Clinton. He’s way more than a real estate agent– he’s become a friend and family member. We would recommend him to anyone and everyone. He’s the best!
