The people were nice (but don’t ask the male receptionist a question about taxes because he give such bad information even I knew he was wrong) but oh my gosh is h&r block expensive! Do not think because they’re a big company they’ll be cheaper than a private CPA because they’re not, and they’re not even cpa’s! In addition, they tell you the price at the END when you have no choice but to pay. They give you a ballpark price and say it will only be pricey if ou have a lot of assets so «don’t worry». My favorite part was h&r sent me a survey and I told them its too pricey and guess what… they rejected my review for their website. Haha. Go somewhere else, trust me. All h&r blocks are like this, not just this location.
