This shoddy, rundown storage facility can’t even afford real staff or superintendents and relies instead on a rude live in senior couple to run. I was a good customer and never late on a payment and they never had an issue with me until it came time for me to vacate my unit. I cleaned out the unit and left. Two months later when I hadn’t received my deposit I called to inquire and was treated so rudely, made to wait on hold and ultimately dismissed because I hadn’t vacated the unit ten days from my written notice. I was three days early. Very unprofessional. I have no doubt they rely on these extra measly funds due to large number of dissatisfied customers who have left or are planning on leaving. I do not recommend this shady business and have contacted my lawyer and the BBB to lodge a complaint!

I found doing business with Olen and Randy to be great. In fact, it was the way they treated me when I first came in the office that made me decide to use this facility. When I was moving some items from one storage unit to another, Randy brought me a two wheeler to assist in the process. My check out went smoothly and I received my deposit refund promptly. I did make sure to not only sweep out my unit, but also to borrow a dust pan to pick up the debris in front of my unit.

I wish I could give a 0 star review. I called to give my notice to vacate and I was told to email it. I went to their website, clicked the email tab and sent in my notice. When I called to confirm they received it they said they hadn’t so I brought in a copy of the email with the date on it. I was told that was the wrong email address and they couldn’t accept it I will lose my deposit. It’s not my fault the email on their website is wrong. Such a scam and the lady that works there is very rude!!!

WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I am not kidding I’ve stored my stuff there for YEARS and ever since the witch in the office took over its been hell. Shes rude shes mean and thinks everyone is out to get her. Shes crazy and there are SOOOOOO many people leaving this place. DO NOT GO HERE I’m warning you.

The woman that works the office at this storage property is very rude. We moved out and broom swept the unit clean as we were told in order to obtain a refund of our deposit. I received a note in the mail a week later with no refund because the unit was not swept. I would recommend to anyone vacating this property to take a picture of your broom swept storage unit before you leave the property. Beware!
