Perfect Ten Nails & Spa

I have been coming to Perfect Ten monthly for the past eight years, and I don’t trust anyone else with my nails. I am an extreme perfectionist, and everyone here will pay incredible attention to your nails. I usually come to Kelly, but adore everyone here. They keep the salon super clean, and take pride in their work. Kelly has become much more than just my nail gal, and I’ll continue coming here as long as they’re doing business.

The people that work here are very rude. Don’t listen to what you ask for. The work they do isn’t good nails are uneven not the same shape. I do not recommend this salon. I will not come back here again. I felt very uncomfortable when telling what I wanted done and when I did she snapped at me and told me to go to school and do my nails myself

Took a friend to get our nails done on a Saturday late morning. Was surprised that there wasn’t a wait and we got in right away without an appointment. The person who did my nails (gel manicure) took his time and seemed very diligent. However, could have used one more coat of the polish, as it was black and still looks slightly opaque. He got more polish on the tips of my nails than the base, so it has a weird, unintended ombré effect. He also got quite a bit of polish under my nails, and I spent the next two days picking it out from under my fingernails. Also notice when I got home that several of my nail edges remained jagged and were catching on fabrics. Overall, not a great result, and ended up being charged $ 30 for gel manicure while it was advertised on the menu at $ 25. Will look for somewhere else to get nails done in the future. That said, my friend had a pedicure and was happy with how it turned out, but her polish chipped off a couple of her toes the next day.

This is the BEST nail salon in Arvada!!! The staff is friendly and always takes their time with my nails. I am never disappointed with the quality of my manicures and pedicures. My mom and I have been coming here for years and will go no where else. The staff always remembers the colors we like and are always very welcoming. The salon is clean and comfortable. They are always so busy because everyone knows they are the best in town!

Not happy with this place at all. Almost wanted to leave without paying. — Really it was that bad. I came from out of state for a wedding. My cousin called in a head of time to see if they could do our pedicure and nails at the same time. They told us to come on in. They sat us both down for a pedicure and started on my cousin. I waited and waited. Asked four times if they were going to start on mine and also asked them to change my water three times since it was cold to keep my feet in. They kept on telling me that I was next and it seemed as if that was the case till a walk in arrived and then they immediately would start on that person and leave me waiting again. They would talk in their language amongst themselves when I would tell them that I should be next. Totally felt ignored and three hours later By the time they started my pedicure my cousins’ pedicure and nails were done. And my feet were all scrunched up as if I was in a hot tub all day soaking. My cousin had to wait for me to get my pedicure completed and by then we had no time to also get my nails done (as if I was planning on waiting for another three hours or however more?). Of, course I complained and asked to speak to the owner. When he came to talk to me he was rude and unreasonable. They literally were yelling at me, when all I was doing was explaining to him how I was treated. I asked for a discount, which of course I didn’t get. And on top of it all some customer that just walked in as they were finishing up my pedicure started cursing and yelling at me, telling me to leave. I told her to stay out of the conversation since she wasn’t present during the whole ordeal. I told her that if she had come in and had to wait for three hours to get any service that she would loose her temper and leave. Eventually I left. Yes, I paid since I felt bad for the gale that performed work on me. She was only doing what she was told to do by her manager. Who obviously was interested in getting all the walk ins possible.
I left very disappointed and couldn’t imagine what I just went through. In America we get this kind of service??? Crazy. I had to schedule another appointment for my nails at a different salon the next day. My vacation was ruined. What a waste of time…
I want to make sure that anyone that wants great service looks for it somewhere else. NOT AT THIS LOCATION–

I usually do not take the time to write a review, but hopefully my review will help someone else! This salon is TERRIBLE!!! My normal salon was closed down for a 2 week renovation, so I decided to try this place on my way home. Not only were they terribly rude, and speaking in a different language (so unprofessional) the entire time, but they were acting like it was such an inconvenience to have to work until the shop actually closed, I arrived an hour before closing and they acted like I was ruining their night, the lady started cleaning while the man did my nails, and at one point had me LIFT MY FEET TO CLEAN UNDER ME, and moved my things out of her way to clean under them!!! Also, they all ate their dinner right in front of me. Not only were they the worst at customer service and completely rude, but when the man asked what nails I wanted when I told him, he said «pick something else, that color is old and I don’t have time to find it» (I use the colored powder). So I pick something else, then he says «are you sure this color isn’t very bright» so again I pick another one, I don’t know why he didn’t just pick for me from the beginning lol. Then knowing I have acrylic nails, he used GEL on me without asking. While doing my nails, he several times used the electric file, and so he would do it in one place for so long that I would have to pull my hand away because it would hurt and would get so hot, he cut my finger on the side and put nail glue in it, and acted like nothing happened. My nails looked terrible, they are the worst I have ever seen, and I have been getting my nails done for 10+ years. My nails look yellow, and he left several marks under the GEL, so they look awful. Their equipment was also dirty, and their products smelled terrible, they obviously do not disinfect correctly, I hope the state board comes in and shuts them down. I will NEVER go back here, and I would NEVER want anyone else to have the same outcome with their nails, I have been embarrassed and hiding my nails since they did them NEVER AGAIN!!! TERRIBLE PLACE, TERRIBLE SERVICE, TERRIBLE NAILS!!!

I have gone to Perfect Ten a few times, but I can’t give their customer service a perfect ten, I’d give that part a zero! After having sat through two pedis where the tech was yelling the entire time in my face to a coworker across the room, and then having to listen to another conversation on speaker phone that another tech was having for 45 minutes at volume 50, culminating by the owner being a grade-​A #1 insert bad word here, I won’t take it anymore. There is one tech there who does a great job, but I feel bad about myself going in there now feeling like I’m an unwanted guest in a house of angry yellers. In addition, on two occasions they’ve sat me in the pedi chair told me it would be a couple minutes and then continued to let me wait for 20 minutes.

This nail salon has done a decent job in the past. But the last time I went in I brought my own polish, I like to do this from time to time. When I tried to leave with it they stuck it in a drawer and wouldn’t let me have it back! I guess they thought I was trying stealing a bottle of theirs. I didn’t leave a tip, I figured my brand new bottle of polish was good enough.

this is my second time i’ve had my nails done here, but they are quick efficient, and this time im bringing a friend be ause they do quality work here. all the staff are very friendly ;)

Best pedi EVER! Staff was great and ANGIE was the best! My tootsies are cruise ready thanks to her! KISSIES!

I really didn’t like my first experience at the salon but the second time was different. I didn’t feel rushed and my mani and pedi came out great. The only thing that was alil annoying was all the talking one girl did she didn’t stop talking. I wanted to give her some water to rehydrate

I do not live in or near Arvada but I will always make the trip here when its time for a rebase. Raymond, the nail tech who seems to do most of the acrylic services here is the best. No, hes not big on idle chit-​chat or gossip or sucking up to you. He will however give you speedy (really fast!)and beautiful acrylics without being rough or trying to sell you crap you dont want/​didnt ask for. I heart him.
They seem to have a pretty loyal base of pedicure customers too but I’ve never had one here.

Stopped by here this morning for a rebase, and was not impressed. There was no other customers, so I was helped right away by the guy employee. I picked my color, and sat down. Throughout the service, I tried to make conversation, but every comment I made, the guy completely ignored me. I asked him to file my nails down as they’d gotten pretty long, and he filed them as short as possible, without consulting me on the length AT ALL. He also neglected to ask me the shape I wanted (I normally have square tipped nails) and rounded them off, *not* a style I wanted. Lastly, he picked up my polish and started painting only tips on (which is generally an upcharge at most salons, trying to increase the price without telling me) and when I saw this, I asked if he could do the whole nail one color, as opposed to just tips, and he gave me the DIRTIEST look, like heaven forbid the customer gets to choose what look they’re going for!!! The service was horrible, the salon employees talked loudly in another language the entire time, and completely ignored me, while making every decision on my nail style without consulting me. I am definitely disappointed with the service I got here. The nails looked nice in the end (though I’m not super happy with the rounded edges), but the horrible service is why I will NOT be going back.
Ammenities: one tv (but they talked loudly over it the whole time), no magazines that I saw
Cleanliness: Place was tidy and clean (though I arrived half an hour after opening, so I can’t speak to their maintenance during the day)
Customer Service/​Friendliness: HORRIBLE, they don’t consult you at all about what you want, and ignore you if spoken to
Price: $ 18 for a rebase, about $ 3 higher than average in my experience
Conclusion: Definitely will NOT be back.

Although this place does do a nice manicure and pedicure for a good price, they are terrible at time management. My biggest problem is that whenever you come in, appointment or not, they tell you to sit down and pick a color and that they will be with you shortly. However, we’ve waited for an hour on multiple occasions, even when we made an appointment. Though, the technicians are nice– they are the reason we go back.

First time here and writing this review as I get service.
Getting probably the worst pedicure ever.
Turn offs: laziest tech ever, barely exerting any effort. Barely filed my nails.
I will definitely NOT be coming back.
Also yaking in foreign languages such a turn off and unprofessional.

Rude, dishonest and dirty.

I love this spa! I was referred here by a friend and have been going there regularly for almost 2 years. I even moved to Aurora, but make the commute to go to this location. They are priced right, take extra time on massages and are so sweet! And the nail polish lasts SO LONG! I play sand volleyball 8 – 12 hours a week and the polish doesn’t budge! LOVE THEM!

Well stopped in after a long week traveling wrkin im the western slopes, they were supose to be closed but they got me in took awhile! Thought they over priced for there offering of shalec for pedicure? $ 20 more? Stuck w regular pedicure instead! They were nice and did a decent job they did charge me $ 5 more then what was on the sign? But they did stay late? Decent place

A friend and I came here based on the good reviews, and noticed this place was super busy, and started to turn around to leave. But an employee stopped us and told us they could take us, absolutely and they weren’t busy at all – those people were just someone’s family waiting– and smiled and waved us in.
So the two of us sat in the foot tub chairs for a pedicure, and someone started on my companion right away. I, however, sat for 45 minutes waiting. No one said a word to me to explain when they COULD get to me. When someone finally did start on my feet, they went back and forth between me and another customer, and it took forever! That original employee never looked at me again and had her back to me the entire time.
My friend got to sit for an entire hour after they were done with her, waiting for them to finish up with me, between their other customers. In the end, I got charged for an «upgraded» spa pedicure, and my companion got the regular price. I tried to get some explanation for this since I didn’t ask for this so-​called «upgrade» and they pointed to a sign on the wall with different prices than the ones over the register. The sign over the register has one price for a pedicure, and the other sign lists a «spa» pedicure for $ 10 more. Clearly my lengthy soak was for their convenience, not mine, and i most certainly didn’t ask that my feet turned into prunes while they took care of other customers.
If you’re going to stop me from leaving and tell me that you’re not busy, then I expect a little better service than being ignored and then upcharged. I will NOT be back.

This nail salon is near my house so I’ve been coming here once a month to get a pedicure. Each time my feet have looked perfect for weeks after!
They don’t have more colors to pick from, more magazines to read, nothing is really special about the inside of the salon, and on Saturday afternoons there is often a wait. They just give amazing pedicures! I don’t know what they do differently for the polish to stay on so long, but whatever it is I love it. I’ve also noticed the foot/​leg massage lasts longer than other salons, for the same price! Check it out if you’re in the area!
