After buying a car wash and unintentionally ripping off the receipt before the authorization code printed, I sat at the car wash punching numbers that I «thought» were the authorization code until the transaction was finally cancelled. The employee who worked the 8:00 am shift on Sept 19th asked if I needed help, walked over to take a look at my receipt, realized what I had done, went back inside, printed out a new receipt, walked it back over to me, and made sure everything was working fine. All with a smile on his face. It’s rare to find good customer service like that and I really appreciated his extra effort.
